We saw the staff member go back to "check" and claim they didn't have it. Months passed and we called again to check and they somehow found it shattered in pieces. We were not provided an explanation of how it became shattered and the most disgusting part of this situation is that the statue was left with her hands holding up her middle fingers (and the rest of her fingers removed). Based on how the statue is designed, it would be impossible for this to be an accident from the shattering. This deliberate action is so slimy and left a bad place in our hearts.

We tried to have care givers come to her home, but it was very expensive. She took a fall and was transported to the ER. At that point, we decided it was not safe for her to go back to her home. We worked with the personnel at Sparr and moved mountains for her to be discharged to assisted living. She ended up in memory care and the staff was fantastic.
