Less than a week after closing, we pulled up the carpet in the main bedroom and found water damage. And after the storm last night, there is fresh water in the home. The wood framing the door is obviously water damaged and it was not mentioned in the report. Water was found under the kitchen sink. The wood beneath was warped, but dry. Rat droppings in a baking pan that was in the oven and droppings on the carpet in the living room.
