Didn't address my questions on signs he missed on the roof (took another contractor only 5 seconds to recognize) and electrical issues. Never answered why he refused to go up to the attic to check for leak signs.He responded to my email with the "I don't care" attitude and "LOL". He sees his failure as a laughing matter. As a first time homebuyer, I have been crapping my pants throughout the entire home buying process. William did our inspection today and was AMAZING.
