Parking is easy in the complimentary surface lot adjacent to the venue. Getting seated is just as easy. Compared to other theaters in town, part of what makes ABT different is that you have the option to do the show only or to do dinner and a show. If you do the latter option, you arrive earlier. I've done show only both times but I like that you have the option here. Before or during admission, you can stop by the lobby and pick up a themed cocktail or other beverage. Always a nice touch. The venue is clean, the seats are comfortable, and the performances have been quality. I most recently saw a performance of CATS. Already looking forward to my next performance!

Unfortunately, the evening was extremely disappointing. We arrived at 6:30 p.m., and the doors opened at 7:00. After we were seated, we waited approximately an hour for our food. My ravioli was so unpleasant that I could not eat it. It tasted like frozen ravioli served with old tomato sauce. Even after dinner was finished, the actual show still had not begun. Meanwhile, a cast member was moving between the tables and interacting very loudly with the audience. We understand that audience participation may be part of the experience, but after the long wait and disappointing meal, it only added to our frustration. By that point, my husband was understandably unhappy, and it was clear that the special evening we had planned was not going to be enjoyable. We therefore made the difficult decision to leave before the show began. We spent a significant amount of money within our limited entertainment budget and chose this event specifically to celebrate an important milestone birthday. We were deeply disappointed that an evening we had anticipated for six months turned out this way.

The music was fantastic and we saw the variety show and the Grand Finale show and I enjoyed seeing multiple genres of music. The lead singers and musicians were phenomenal, and I absolutely loved the costume changes. The outfit changes really held my attention and was a great part of the show. The food, however, was just okay. I wouldn't come here for the food alone, but rather for the overall experience and to do something different. The meal included vegetables, potatoes, mashed potatoes, spinach cheese ravioli, chicken Parmesan, pulled pork dish, and a pineapple fish dish. This was the same food both times we went, so I'm not sure if they ever change it, I wish they did for a change. The pulled pork and cheese ravioli were good, but I wasn't a fan of the other dishes. The chicken Parmesan was probably the worst I've had as it wasn't at all what I expected from a traditional chicken parm. Dessert is a slice of chocolate cake that's already at your table when you arrive. I did think it was a nice touch that they pass out foil before the show ends so you can take it home and not waste it. The recommended tip listed on a sign at the table is $5 per person, so in addition to your ticket price, expect to pay at least that much extra. Drinks are also not included, so that's another added cost. Overall, this is a great experience, more so for 50+ and would make a fun gift, especially for a couple looking to do something different. I wish they had a family friendly show where it encouraged families with kids as I could see my kids who love music at 2 and 4 enjoying the show and dancing! They have many working the front of the house so check in goes quickly and then we walked into the large area where you can buy drinks and various souvenirs for children or adults. We had assigned seats so it was very nice not having to rush in to find a seat and there is room between the row below you and above you so much that the server can walk between us. No head obstructs your view which is great for us shorter people. We were served drinks first, then bread and soup, next up was 1/2 a chicken that was moist and flavorful. Next came the corn and potato wedge that were also nicely flavored. Lastly was dessert and because we upgraded we got a second dessert of cake. If you are a light eater, they will give you a to go box. There is a wipe for your hands before you dig in eating with your hands and then a hot towel is brought after dinner. We went to the 6:45 tournament on a Saturday night for my nephews birthday, and from the second I walked into the castle, the energy was buzzing. Palpable. The wenches and barkeeps were singing, chanting and yelling. Children were running around. Birthday parties were everywhere. Young adults were drinking and carrying on. Some folks had even come dressed for the medieval occasion. But every man, woman and child in that castle had one thing in common: we were ready for the tournament. While we waited in the great hall, the people drank. They sang. They took photographs. They were merry. Frankly, it felt less like waiting for a dinner show and more like the whole kingdom had gathered because somebody was about to get their ass jousted. Then the doors opened. Into the arena we went, where we were greeted with excellent service. And I have to give Medieval Times credit for authenticity because some of these servers looked a little too much like they actually came from the medieval era. But friendly? As can be. And the drinks kept flowing. The Pepsi was heavy and sweet. The lemonade was tart, sweet and heavy. The tomato soup was, frankly, quite disgusting. But this ain't a food review. The Texas toast was excellent because nothing beats Texas toast, and the half chicken was moist with good flavor on the skin. Not quite crispy, but perfectly respectable. Besides, the feast is secondary. The action, my LIEGGAS. THE ACTION. Jousting. Sword fighting. Horses. Knights talking reckless to one another. The crowd screaming like we had personally pledged fealty to these men. Our section belonged to the Yellow Knight, so naturally we rode with Yellow. Or at least I did initially. At one point, the Yellow Knight, a rather swarthy-looking gentleman who had apparently grown entirely too comfortable with his station in the kingdom, began throwing roses toward our section. One of those roses went to my wife. Now. I cannot prove that the Yellow Knight specifically selected my wife. I cannot prove that there was intent behind the throw. I cannot prove that this man looked across that arena, saw another man's wife and decided that chivalry demanded he shoot his shot. But I know what I saw. And quite frankly, it upset me for the remainder of the tournament. I had been cheering for this man. Yelling for this man. Pledging my temporary allegiance to this man. And this medieval SOB repaid my loyalty by throwing a rose at my wife. Sir, have you no honor? Nevertheless, my nephew had a wonderful birthday, our entire party had a fantastic time, the atmosphere was electric, the service was excellent, and the tournament was far more entertaining than I expected and I had high hopes. Medieval Times is an absolute blast. Five stars. My only complaint is that I am reasonably certain the Yellow Knight was trying to steal my wife. HUZZAH.

We did successfully pick the killer, although motive was a little more difficult to pin down. The pasta was slightly overcooked penne with what tasted like store-bought marinara on top. That said, you're there for the show, not the food, and the show was hilarious.

I know if I get a seat here every seat in the room is a good seat. They have a very good sound system. I would say the serving staff are all very friendly here. I typically end up getting wine when I have to meet my two drink minimum. However, they do have several cocktail arrangements that you can choose from. What I like is that for each performer they typically will have a specialty cocktail designed around that actual comedian. So I like that approach. I usually like to catch the early show cause the crowd vibe is a little bit chiller. However, I've never had an issue at this establishment and will continue to catch my favorite comedians here. As I do think they extent a diverse roster of comedians. The last time that we attended, we actually ordered some food. And I really enjoyed the wings. I thought they did a really good job on the buffalo wings and the sauce was very tangy and the wings were fried hard as requested. All in all, it's a really good establishment with a parking lot and there are other places to dine and eat, near the establishment.

I learned 14 micro songs and changed my outfit 6 times for this show, purchased my own microphone and the result was not worth the $150 I was never paid! Larry and Gwen held this show at the beginning of Corona-virus, just as the govt issued warnings of not gathering more than 50 people. Instead of abiding by social distancing they, "added 100 extra seats." I brought up concerns about this show, I was told I would be kept away from crowd (sorry crowd, who cares about you ). The gals I shared the dressing room with were sick from partying in LA and Vegas, one couldn't even make it on stage. Two stars for Larry and his love of music. That's it They had "hand sanitizer" set up for your safety? Look a little closer, it's watered down hand soap! Literally - package said "so and so's Miracle hand soap." Time for this old show to retire.
