The lawn is barely maintained; I've had to repeatedly point out basic issues, including asking them to keep the grass at a reasonable height rather than letting it grow several inches long. But communication is the bigger problem. I asked for a mulch quote back in March, followed up, and never received a real answer. Months later the response was simply that they were "booked through mid-July." Meanwhile, invoices kept arriving on schedule; of course... If you're considering Arroyo, I'd look elsewhere. The billing is reliable; the actual service and communication are not, its absolutely terrible. Do not use this company.

Making commitments and then repeatedly flaking is unacceptable for any business, especially one dealing with property maintenance. I can't recommend this company and won't be using them again.
