Our trip was far beyond a stale environment as you get while you're staying at commercial places . Lauren Berger is the up most hospitable, attentive and passionate person at what she does. My experience with Centennial Properties has been extremely troubling. I leased an apartment…read moreapproximately two months before my scheduled move-in date. However, just one week before I was due to move in, I was informed that management of the property had been transferred to another company. When I contacted the new management company, I was told that my lease had not been properly confirmed because Centennial had executed the lease two days after a court order required them to transfer control of the property. Fortunately, the new management company ultimately approved my lease, allowing me to proceed with the rental. The most concerning issue involved the return of the funds I had paid to secure the apartment. Centennial issued refund checks totaling nearly $11,000, but the checks were returned for insufficient funds and could not be cashed. Based on my experience, I believe Centennial's conduct was deceptive, irresponsible, and caused significant financial and emotional hardship during an already stressful relocation process.
