Our trip was far beyond a stale environment as you get while you're staying at commercial places . Lauren Berger is the up most hospitable, attentive and passionate person at what she does. Prior to the interview, my communication with one representative from the company was quite pleasant. The individual I spoke with was courteous, professional, and welcoming. Unfortunately, the experience deteriorated significantly upon my arrival at the office. While seated in the reception area, I observed what can only be described as an extremely unprofessional environment. There was audible yelling and the use of inappropriate language occurring within the office. More concerning, I overheard individuals discussing my résumé and making assumptions about my professional background before ever meeting or speaking with me. These remarks were made without any attempt to verify information or conduct a proper interview, which was both surprising and troubling. When the individuals eventually entered the conference room, the interaction remained uncomfortable and discourteous. Notably, they did not introduce themselves or clarify their roles within the organization. Even more unusual, no interview questions were asked at any point during the meeting. This was an astonishing departure from standard professional interview practices. Despite the unwelcoming atmosphere, I chose to remain composed and took the opportunity to briefly articulate my professional background and the value I bring to an organization. However, the overall tone and conduct of the interaction reflected a lack of professionalism that I have rarely encountered in my career. Having worked in the real estate and property management industry for over five years, I have participated in numerous interviews and professional meetings. Unfortunately, this experience stands out as one of the most discourteous and poorly managed I have encountered. I sincerely hope the organization reevaluates and improves its interview process. Situations such as this not only reflect poorly on a company's culture but can also create significant concerns regarding professionalism, fairness, and candidate treatment. Prospective applicants deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism throughout the hiring process.
