There wasn't any bottled water in the room, so luckily we brought our own. The bathroom had full sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. The shower had a dark colored tile pattern that hides any dirt, so it's hard to tell how clean the floor was. You can call to request bath robes and slippers. Overall the staff was friendly and they had chocolates at the lobby a couple times.

With Amex rewards, normally we receive early check in, late check out, complimentary breakfast for 2 daily [but dining area is in renovation so we ordered from room service, 2 hot drink, 2 cold drink and 2 dishes], and $100 credit can apply for food, bar and their amenities. Ps: complimentary Path Bottle Water, Chocolate and chip inside the room. Also complimentary bottle waters, coffee and tea that you can get in the lobby. Bedroom suite: a king bed and a queen pull out sofa bed in the separate area. Bathroom: the shower power is strong and nice, however, since there is no door on the actual shower, the water sprayed everywhere, and our floor is so wet.

They never call back, only email. You are not allowed to view the apartments, nor do they have video viewings. They seem to have the appearance of a respectable company at first, but if you ask for more that emails and for standard photos of the apartments, you might find that they will disappear. The agent I dealt with was very nice at first. She gave me a few links and an application form. The company the application was for has several reviews stating they are reluctant to return security deposits, and they want your card info included in the application. That was not reassuring. If you ask the agent for more reassurance, they might insinuate you're being evasive because you must have dealt with that company before and they rejected you. Absolutely not. This company is evasive and I don't feel they are 100% honest.

There were some hiccups with the timing and location of the apartment I meant to lease, such that I ultimately didn't stay there--Nick worked diligently to secure a new tenant and get me my money back. This was my third time renting through the company, and every experience has been excellent. The apartments are always spotless, well-organized, and fully equipped, so there's no need to bring anything from home. Everything is thoughtfully prepared and maintained to a very high standard. If needed, they can also arrange a cleaning service during your stay, which is a great convenience. What really sets them apart is their professionalism, responsiveness, and consistency. It's rare to find a company that delivers the same great experience year after year, but they truly do. Although we only needed a two-night stay, we intentionally booked an extra night so we could check out the evening before at our convenience. It worked out perfectly. As an original Wyndham owner, one of our benefits is an instant upgrade when available. When we booked online, we were delighted to receive an instant upgrade to a two-bedroom Presidential Reserve unit. The location is outstanding, and our immaculate corner suite on the 14th floor was fantastic. The furnishings were modern and appeared almost brand new, giving the suite a fresh feel. The floor-to-ceiling windows in both the living room and bedrooms filled the suite with an abundance of natural light, making the space feel bright and inviting. While the suite is not especially large, every inch of the space is thoughtfully designed and used efficiently. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The master bedroom featured a wonderfully comfortable king-size bed and a beautiful en-suite bathroom. I especially loved the ambient lighting on the wall behind the bed, which created such a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The second bedroom had an equally comfortable queen-size bed with its own separate bathroom, making the layout ideal for family or friends. There was abundant closet space, and the fully stocked kitchen included everything we needed, along with a full-size refrigerator. I also visited the fitness center on the third floor. The gym was spotless, the equipment looked almost brand new, and I especially enjoyed using the treadmill. This is truly one of the best Wyndham resorts we have ever stayed at. There were so many amenities available that we didn't even have time to enjoy them all, including the rooftop lounge, which gives us even more reason to return. My family, who are timeshare owners had an extremely disappointing experience here while staying…read morehere for a week starting June 27th in room 1103. On June 28th, on my husband's birthday someone, potentially an employee entered our hotel room and stole $700, which was a gift to our nieces. The lock on our door was not working properly which we discovered after coming back and seeing the door was a bit ajar. We tried it numerous times and saw it did not lock like one would expect. We have stayed at this hotel before and many others and can say with certainty I know how a door should lock. We informed the director of security who came up to our room. She conveyed that she was aware there was a problem with our door. I heard her say this. My husband told her that items were missing from our room. She had the engineer inspect the door who said the lock was fine and that we had to close it at a 45 degree angle. Basically, you have to slam the door which is ridiculous. He made some adjustments later that day. We had the do not disturb sign on our door all day. I imagine someone on their staff here probably knows the door doesn't work properly and came in to see what they could take. What they took was this: a ziplock bag that contained pictures of my 3 yr old son that we were going to give to his grandparents that he sees once a year. A card for our newborn niece with $500. And $200 for our 6 yr old and 8 yr old nieces I'm saddened, more than the loss of money, but that someone would knowingly and intentionally steal from children. We called the corporate Wyndham office and all they did was open an incident report as to which we have to follow up with the director of security and the supervisor who is conveniently on vacation for the next two weeks. Absolutely ridiculous this isn't being handled with care and expediency for timeshare owners. Wyndham needs to do something asap.

Unacceptable conditions... AE Hospitality is dishonest…read more Based on the inaccurate description and pictures we rented this unit in Jan 2013. Please research that AE Hospitality has units that have been available for years but the reviews are all new. Zero reviews should have been enough warning. This Garth rental is in an area deemed unsafe, use google street view and you will get an idea of the condition and location of this rental. AE Hospitality says the building is under construction but the rental is deplorable, unsafe, and boarded up as of Jan 2013. The rental key was not available at the agreed upon time. There was a homeless person on the front lawn blocking our entrance to the property and human feces in the entryway. We called AE Hospitality several times and their response was angry and threatening each time, no resolution offered. There has to be a better unit, keep looking.

I am embarrassed to admit that it appears I have been scammed out of $2600. I was not familiar…read morewith the going rate in NYC and since I had a group that needed 4 rooms the 4 BDR apartment attracted me. I don't know what I was thinking to pay for it with a bank transfer but it wasn't until a couple weeks later I got to thinking that they never did send me directions or door codes or anything and so I tried calling...answering machine only. No response to emails. Then I started really looking at their website. The links to facebook, twitter, etc. are all fakes...they don't go anywhere and the company has no such pages. The person who set me up for the room, the name on the contract and the person whose bank account got the money are all different. And then when I really look at the website--an American didn't write it stupid sentences, etc. Anyway, I am glad I realized it before I arrived in NYC with my family and co-workers. An expensive lesson but I hope others see it. If there is a way to get the website taken down, I will look into it. DO NOT RENT FROM ANYONE RENTING APARTMENTS OUT OF 207 W 36TH STREET OR USING THE NAME MANHATTAN PERFECT STAY. Also watch out for Monica Khuller, John Anderson, Summer Nicolsons.

Had a great stay this weekend!…read more I booked through AirBnB, the check in process was straight forward and the front desk was great providing extra towels and a bag of ice. The building feels secure with a keycard needed to enter and a security officer down in the lobby. My room was clean, comfortable and the heat/air conditioning worked great. I didn't use the kitchenette but it was nice to have. The location is within walking distance to time square and about a block away from the nearest subway entrance. I don't love staying near Times Square, but if I have to again, I'll be staying at this hotel!
