YEah,,,, Number one,, which I thought was good issue and improvement,,, is that the place has placed doors on the rooms,, so it wasn't just an issue of the room being closed off by a curtain. Yeah okay. Whatever. A little bit of a big guy, not fat,, but spending 8 hours a night driving around in a compact car with bucket sport seats,,yeah I tend to get muscle cramps after some time. So by the end of the week,,, I need a very good massage to ease the tension. I have been to several places in my time. Every time when it has been a situation of pay up front, and/or a sign in the room about total nudity not allowed or no sexual activity allowed, or 'certain body parts' not being allowed,,, it has always been a situation to where the place did not have a license, the so called therapist didn't have a license, and sexual activity was always offered for an additional expense. I was tired, and stressed,,, and just wanted a relaxing stress reliving massaage. Someone who would push down and work work out the tension in my muscles. A foot massage spa? Okay I would think that they would spend some time if not focus on the muscles in the calfs and foot. But she barely touched those areas. Other places I have gone to for an hour massage,, the massuese spends 30-40 minutes working on me from my shoulder blades and neck down to my feet and then asks me to turn over. And when doing so,, always holds a sheet of some sort to drape and offer some sort of privacy and modesty for when doing so. There was no draping involved at all when she asked me turn over. I am not bashful, I'm a little unique,, I approach getting a massage as to like going to a doctor. And that being undress to the extent that is necessary to provide the most optimal care. So I don't care as to what is seen. For you women who have been hear,,, and left raving reviews,,, I can only say that the so called massage therapist didn't find any kind of attraction towards women. This place is very much a house of prostitution and sexual services for pay. She didn't offer to have sex with me,, and sure wouldn't do it if offered. But when she grabbed my genitals and asked me how I would pay for her to massage that,,, pretty clear as to what she was doing. And pretty clear for the purpose of the business. One other thing......... I parked my car and walked into the door at 4:22. I was lead into the room to undress and lay down, she didn't come back into the room till 4:30 and left several times,,, to get hot wet towels to remove oil and dry towels to dry me off,, but the time spent was excessive and numerous,,, and then asked me if she would end early because of having another customer at 5:10. So I question her about why I pay for hour massage and get only 35 minutes at the most. She argues she wrote it down that I quote,,, "I wrote it down you came in at 4:22." Yeah I came in at 4:22,,, into the front door. I wasn't even in the room at that time. And for her to leave to allow me to undress and then return,, which didn't happen till 4:32 as I looked at the clock? I don't care what is done,, I pay for 60 minutes and you only provide 40 minutes? That's stealing money from me. You screwing with my money. And people who didn't know me that great 45 years ago,, knew you didn't do that with me. Bottom line,, If you wan't to roll your dice with how much money you spend to be masturbated to have an orgasm,, go there. Otherwise avoid this place. Yes, the massage was inexpensive but I felt like my massage therapist had no idea what he was doing. First of all, in the middle of the massage he walked out multiple times to do things like answer the front door when a person walked in, answered the phone when someone called, and then walked out to get hot towels. Both of our massage therapists had extremely strong hands (in a good way) and were working out knots in our shoulders, legs, and feet. A foot massage at this place isn't just feet... it also includes back, scalp, face, shoulders, glutes (yes, your booty), and legs. Which I thought was a nice added bonus when I was only expecting them to work on my feet! Last comment: I've been to a few of these local "foot spas" and this one by far has been the cleanest, most inviting environment on the inside. Desperately looking for a massage place in Plano after a failed attempt to get quick references from friends I begin my search on my 'Savior' app. I get in touch with a few fancy spas in the vicinity and all of them are booked until Sunday. A lil disappointed I decide to drive a few extra miles to Sunny foot spa. They have a combo massage for $45 with hot stones for 60 mins. Perfect to my need, didn't want to go to anything elaborate. Update: I am changing my review from a 5 to a 1... I redeemed my second Groupon of the 3 this evening. When I came in this evening, it was clear that although I had called earlier that week, she didn't write down my appointment. That didn't turn into an issue because there were no other customers there this evening. The woman working the counter seemed to be ignoring me when I continued to tell her that I was redeeming my second Groupon for a 60 minute massage because it seemed like she kept trying to sell me different types of services. She kept pointing out different types despite my explaining that I had already paid for my service and just wanted to redeem the Groupon. Once she put me in my room, I noticed that the piece of cloth they use instead of a door didn't cover the entire opening and left about 1/2 a foot open so that anyone walking by could see into the room where I was undressing (I was in the first room). Due to the lack of a door I could hear her yelling and talking loudly to another woman in the back of the store. Later, I heard her leave the store and come back 5-10 minutes later with a man (the one who performed my massage). All in all, my massage started about a half an hour later than my scheduled time (and the time I arrived). The massage itself was thorough, however I felt uncomfortable throughout the service (even more so as I reflect back on my time). The man performing it was the same as the first time and was just as attentive, however I couldn't help but to feel disturbed. There were a few times he moved the sheet that was supposed to cover me and fully revealed the very areas of my body that are supposed to stay covered and untouched. These movements seemed random and unnecessary. He just lifted the sheet, at times. It was always a very quick movement, but still seemed strange. Additionally, there were times when he massaged right between my upper thighs and when he pushed down on or very nearly on top of my breasts, hips and stomach, thus grazing and pressing on areas to which only my husband, OBGYN are allowed access. I didn't make a big deal about that, but did feel uncomfortable. There were also a few times that he pressed his body against mine. These happened when I was on my stomach and unable to see exactly what exactly was going on. All of these things, I justified and reasoned away at the time, saying that it was my imagination and he was maybe just unaware of these actions. However, I have had several massages from several locations, performed by several masseuses (both male and female), looking back on this encounter, at best, he was unaware of his actions and it was just unprofessional. I can't justify these things as mistakes or one time instances. I noticed some of this behavior during my first massage but this second massage, they happened much more frequently and seemed more exaggerated. After my massage I walked out and the woman that works the front was laying on the couch, sprawled out on her phone. I only had a certain amount of cash on my person for a tip and being extremely poor (hello, just out of college and using Groupon to book massage packages as a self-treat because I can't afford anything else). I didn't want to use my cash for the tip, so I asked to use my card to tip him. He was standing by the counter and looked confused and turned to the woman on the couch. She scowled at me and shook her head. I said, "okay, well I only have a $20 but I'll need you to break it if I am going to tip in cash." She said, "okay. $20. Thank you." I explained that no, I wasn't able to tip $20 but could she please break my bill into $5's. At this point she flat out refused to break my $20! She started shaking her head and saying, "no, you will tip him $10. You will tip him $10" she simply would not to give me back more than $10! She was extremely forceful and got up from the couch and quickly approached me as she was repeating this. Let me say, that I always tip a minimum of 15-20% and will usually do so even for bad service. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and assume that if I got poor service then it was just because they were having a bad day. Additionally, I remember specifically that the last time I came, I tipped my masseuse (the same guy) way more than 20% simply because of the cash I had on hand. So, I was by no means being cheap. I admit though, that I was so stunned by her behavior and attitude that I just agreed to take the $10 and left without saying a word or making eye contact. These things combined have fueled my decision to not return here again. Although I still have unredeemed Groupon vouchers, my experience was unsettling enough that I just have to trust my gut. read more

I'm not entirely sure my "masseuse" was licensed. There were several techniques used that I have never experienced in a professional setting that seriously make me question this establishment. My massage was started by a woman but five minutes in, she left without explain action and was replaced with a male. I don't have an issue with a male masseuse but it should have been communicated at the very least. The door was never closed but a curtain opened that covered the top half of the doorway. This means I could hear the washer and dryer going, employees talking and all the foot traffic in the hallways. The foot massage made me uncomfortable as a "lingering" touch was used instead of a more forceful handling and at one point, my legs were even straddled on the table. Decided to check out this place in our neighborhood on our date night. We asked for the 60 minute foot reflexology which ended up being a 30 minute body massage and a 30 minute foot massage. We had to ask for the tubs to soak our feet in and unlike other foot massage places I've been to, here you like down on a bad instead of lying back on a chair. The place is neat and clean for the price. The massage therapists kept talking to each other and also kept getting interrupted by the manager. Also, even though I asked for more pressure, my masseuse was very light on me. I walk in and ask if I can have a foot reflexology massage. 40 minutes for $25 I believe it was. The lady at the front did not seem as if she wanted to do a massage, and instead offered me 30 minutes for $20. I didn't mind because I am an avid runner and was desperately in need of a massage. The massage and facility seemed clean, but during the massage not only does she leave to talk to someone else, but also answered a phone call with another customer who sounded angry about something. Oddly, I paid before services were rendered to me, so I left no tip on it. I am mostly a cash tipper and was walking to my car to grab $10 after she was finished. Before I left out of the establishment, she says, "Excuse me" and hands me my receipt and asks me to change the tip amount (which was zero). She explained it was hard work for 30 minutes and I said back "You're asking me to leave you a tip?" She says "Yes", so I write down $5 which will basically be nothing after it's taxed since it was on a debit card and I told her "I tip in cash" and she says "Oh, i'm sorry, i'm sorry" and I just walked out. Not only did she miss a larger tip without having to be taxed, but she also lost a customer because I was planning on coming back. This place is a solid no. I never got to the massage part, so here's my experience and explanation. I called ahead and scheduled an appointment with one of the guys for a weekday afternoon. When I arrived the man that greeted me asked if I would like to pay before or after. I said after. He leads me to the massage room, shows me where to leave my belongings and what table to lay on and he will be back in a few minutes. Awesome, no problem, standard practice. So, I undress and lay on a table under a sheet. Wait about 5-10 minutes until someone walks in. But... it's not my masseuse dude, it's a woman that I hadn't previously met, but she's not there to perform a massage. She tells me I have to pay first before the massage. I tell her the dude at the front said I could pay after. She tells me I have to pay first. The conversation continues like this for a couple minutes as I try to make sure we understand each other. She keeps pushing me to pay first so finally I say I'm done. Here's the scenario. I'm undressed on a table. What does she expect me to do? Give her my credit card to walk away with? And I would still have to get off the table to get my wallet out of my pants hanging on the wall, and she doesn't leave the room, so... Or I guess I could get up, get my credit card and walk to the front to pay completely in the buff... So, yeah. I say I'm done and leaving. She leaves the door open and hovers in the hall as I get up and put my clothes on, no privacy. As I walk out she comes to the front and says something to me again, like trying to get me to pay so I can have a massage. There is some language barrier here, and I understand that, but we are both getting our point across clearly. I'm kind of ticked at this point, give her an earful about customer services and so on and head out the door. Oh, yeah. Before I walk out I help myself to a green spearmint peppermint. This place used to be awesome! And I gave them a 5 star rating for several years. Sadly now they have been slipping on the little things that make all the difference. Leaving in the middle of a massage , swapping people during a massage, and worst of all very loud and on the phone while giving a massage. The last time I was in two ladies were arguing right out side my room and my designated guy didn't have a radio so no music. Ugh l left more annoyed that when I came in. They have been offering groupons so maybe this is the reason that long time customers and getting this poor service. My husband still goes here and isn't bothered by the lack of customer service because it's cheaper and they do a decent massage. So giving two stars for his satisfaction. I'm in heaven. I didn't want to leave. My friend and I booked appointments and were greeted by friendly staff who were expecting us. We were promptly led to a room with two massage areas, dimly lit with soothing music, clean fresh linens, and comfy massage tables. Should add this....first timers might have a little difficulty knowing just what the disrobing and covering up with the sheet procedure is all about. Did not like this place. My husband and i got a massage here for the first time. Horrible. The dude was super harsh on my shoulder blades and spine behind my neck. I cringed because it hurt and not in a good way. Even at the end of the service as we were about to walk out she stopped us and demanded we tip more because they "are very tired".
