I understand running behind. What I do mind is my massage being interrupted due to phone calls & walk in customers. & the time that the massage therapist was away wasn't added back in to my massage. This isn't the first time that my massage was interrupted, the last time was due to phone calls. I came back as they do a good job other than the interruptions but I won't be back again. My advice would be to only allow appointments and/or have a receptionist at the front that can assist with appointment scheduling. Oh & there is a service fee for using cards.

How they stay in business is beyond me other than that she has some amazing staff and most people are fortunate enough to avoid her negative energy. Back story: I walked in, as I've done several times in the past, to get a massage from Bella. Bella was in the waiting room clearly available. She stops me and says "did you schedule an appointment with Bella?" I said no, not realizing that was an issue. But said, I would like a massage with her and clearly she's available. She said "no. You didn't book online so you must take next available." I responded that I'm here for a massage with her and clearly she's available, but she again refused and said I had to take next available. She seemed to want to pick a fight, but I had no idea why as I was happy and excited when I walked in the door, but now I'm confused and feel like I'm being cornered and under attack for some reason unknown to me. I then doubled down and asked if she was refusing to let me have a session with Bella and she said yes. I said "okay. Then I'll leave as I'm not interested in trying someone new." If you've ever had a massage then you know the quality varies drastically. My wife has had a few massages there and said they were all "okay". However the massage with Bella was the best I've ever had. She's truly exceptional, so no I wasn't interested in next available. Had I known I needed to schedule with her, then I totally would have, but the way the owner treated me was completely unacceptable.

She spent 30 min of a 90 minute massage on my calves and the back of my knee which hurt so much. I like the calf but the knee this was weird since there's only tendons there no muscle. That's a first. The other parts she wasn't applying enough pressure so I asked if she can go harder and she did but she was panting, short of breathe and her joints were cracking all over the place I never feared the well-being of a massage therapist before. She walked on my back but I was weird about it because I kept wondering if she washes her feet between clients since she was all up in my traps and near my face. At the end you get stretched out which was awkward because she doesn't try to cover during the stretch so I felt kinda funky during that part. It was decent I was more upset that she spent so much time on one body part and zero on my quads,barely lats and traps which I specified were my trouble areas. Oh well.

It's located in the area where Subzi Mandi and Baskin Robbins. It's a very nice facility. I chose 90 minutes feet and body combo for $80. The lady(I didn't ask her name), who massaged me was very good except I wished she massaged my neck, shoulders, my head and back of my legs. She asked me to take off my top, so she could massage me my back with oil. I usually prefer acupressure on top of my clothes, but it was ok. When I went up front to pay, the tip options came up with 26%($24), 28%($26) and 30%($28) and Custom tip. Well, I was gonna tip her $20, but I chose 26%. I always tip the guy at the other place a lot more, bc he massages my head, neck, shoulders snd back of my legs and he's really good! I get it that massage is a lot of work, but I don't think she deserved 26% tip or maybe, I should had just tipped her $20? I was kind of stunned that they display 24%, 26% and 28% tip option! I thought they start with 15%, but maybe, times have changed! I didn't make any comments. I paid, grabbed the water they gave me, thanked them and left. I most likely will not return to this place, bc I just wasn't completely happy with it, but I'm glad I tried this establishment and write an honest review about it.
