I've gone in with some pretty bad chronic pains, both injuries and postural things, and every time I leave feeling noticeably better. In the waiting room, I noticed a salt crystal lamp and mentioned that my uncle had given me one for Christmas one year. At first I thought it was a strange gift, but now I love it. Ashley, the massage therapist, explained that the salt crystal lamps discharge negative ions to counterbalance the positive ions with which we are bombarded every day from various electronic devices.
