I took this service based on the reviews and all I can say is that I question the validity of the information posted. The painter showed up 1 hour late and did not even have a bucket. The work was not completed in the 6.5 hours and the supplies I purchased based on Victor's request, were not even used, the painter did not even have a ladder to reach the ceiling. In order to complete, I was offered $40 per hour until the job was completed - an additional 5 hours past the scheduled 6.5 hours. The quality is just below average and the deal was actually a "lemon," I spoke to Alex in the office several times during the course of the day and he relayed messages between Victor, the Painter and Myself. I did not talk to Victor - although he was the person that I initiated the job and deal with. Victor could not be reached, even though the painter said he spoke to his boss - Victor several times during the day. Unfortunately, this company is all talk....hustling $$$ from hard working people, throwing out deals and not completing with the intent of selling add on hours. Low level of accountability from the owner who will not even try to speak to a concerned customer. Instead of getting this one right, Reef Tropical Cleaning and Services got this one drastically wrong.

A fellow Miami mom from a FB group posted about this company and highly recommended them, so I reached out. Edgar responded immediately and scheduled a FREE inspection for the following day. He came over with one of his team members and checked out my home. He gave me some new homeowner tips too which I super appreciate as a new homeowner! Being a remediation company, OTM wasn't able to test for mold in the rooms we suspected could be an issue. So he connected me to another company, MOLD ASSESSMENT SERVICES (check out my review for them too) that helped me out just as good! After results were in that there was in fact mold in these areas, OTM came back and serviced my home - while I was out of town! I have to mention that because the fact that I could trust someone with my new home while I was out of town is a BIG THING!! for me anyway! Not only did we have to remove mold and sanitize the entire home, we also had to replace the drywall and paint the ceiling AND get the air ducts and A/C unit cleaned - so much I know!!! The A/C company that came out was SO FLOW AC - check out my review for them too!! Thankfully Edgar had a contact for everything that had to get done and scheduled it all to be done before I arrived back home - so APPRECIATED!! He was the lead on the project and stayed in touch with me the entire time. Sent me updates along with pictures of the process everyday! EVERYONE that was involved in getting my home back to a healthy and safe place to live in did an AWESOME JOB!
