What makes it worse is that if I had purchased directly from Puffco, it would have been cheaper and I would have had a 15-day refund window. If they had simply worked with me on a refund or exchange, I probably would have stayed a customer and purchased more from them in the future. Instead, they lost me completely. On top of that, their prices are inflated and their glass selection is weak. Save yourself the headache and shop anywhere else. I will never support small business if this is how they treat a customer that could be a long term business. I buy a lot of glass and stupid shit at these shops but this will never be one of them again.
