I went in just to browse and ended up buying a Puffco and some other glass, spending over $500. The…read morestaff had little to no knowledge about their products or how they work--one even sold me an attachment that didn't do what I thought it would do. When I came back a few days later to request a refund or exchange, I was told flat out that they don't do refunds under any circumstance. This accessory was unused and still in the box. What makes it worse is that if I had purchased directly from Puffco, it would have been cheaper and I would have had a 15-day refund window. If they had simply worked with me on a refund or exchange, I probably would have stayed a customer and purchased more from them in the future. Instead, they lost me completely. On top of that, their prices are inflated and their glass selection is weak. Save yourself the headache and shop anywhere else. I will never support small business if this is how they treat a customer that could be a long term business. I buy a lot of glass and stupid shit at these shops but this will never be one of them again.

The issue was that he followed me around the store, didn't take his eyes off of me, and then confronted me telling me to buy because I was giving off "weird energy" and proceeded to tell me that people who do the things I do usually steal?? Mind you I gave zero threatening energy, was just curious and looking around, my outfit could've easily been stereotyped. They had two left, and the first box on top was open already (there was no plastic wrap on it) and the guy insisted (probably because I took a few minutes to look at the others) that I just buy that one. It gets much much better (worse). I said I'd really like to get the one underneath it, as it had the plastic wrap on it. After some sighs he grabbed the one underneath and quickly went to the counter and I bought it for $40 flat. When I get out to my car, the plastic wrap was only made to look like it was sealed. Inside the vape is there... but there is no pod and there are 2 batteries just like all smoke shops, doesn't matter sales are final. So I have a sourin edge with two battery packs, and no pods to fill my juice with. Now buying a disposable one (forgot their name) until I can get some pods for this sourin edge. Even if the pod was in there and it was sealed, I would have only added a star, for the employee was rushing me the whole time. And, now I see why.
