I went in just to browse and ended up buying a Puffco and some other glass, spending over $500. The…read morestaff had little to no knowledge about their products or how they work--one even sold me an attachment that didn't do what I thought it would do. When I came back a few days later to request a refund or exchange, I was told flat out that they don't do refunds under any circumstance. This accessory was unused and still in the box. What makes it worse is that if I had purchased directly from Puffco, it would have been cheaper and I would have had a 15-day refund window. If they had simply worked with me on a refund or exchange, I probably would have stayed a customer and purchased more from them in the future. Instead, they lost me completely. On top of that, their prices are inflated and their glass selection is weak. Save yourself the headache and shop anywhere else. I will never support small business if this is how they treat a customer that could be a long term business. I buy a lot of glass and stupid shit at these shops but this will never be one of them again.

The issue was that he followed me around the store, didn't take his eyes off of me, and then confronted me telling me to buy because I was giving off "weird energy" and proceeded to tell me that people who do the things I do usually steal?? Mind you I gave zero threatening energy, was just curious and looking around, my outfit could've easily been stereotyped. Business appears to be struggling. I was purchasing a product that comes in packs of 5. The cashier…read morescanned each item individually five times in order to charge me a an extra $5 dollars. I asked him to just scan the prepacked barcode but he refused. I don't have the time nor do I care to argue over $5 , but out of principle I returned to the store later and got them to scan the packaged label. To no one's surprise, it was correctly priced and was $5 cheaper. If you are not a huge fan of being scammed, I'd find a different store.
