So I go in the store to tell the clerk to either get a refund or credit for another wash when it was fixed and I was told "I would have to talk to the owner as she did not have the authority". So I asked for the owners number and was told "I can't do that". So what am I supposed to do? Stop by here randomly to see if the owner is here. Was told "I don't know what to tell you". So I tried calling there number posted online and guess what. Not a working number. $12 car wash just lost you a several day a week customer because of bad customer service.
