Didn't know this store existed! It's kinda hidden but it's an excellent find! They have all the things you need to make your drinks, lots of name brand tequila, whiskey , vodka , also mixes and even salts and chamoy for your rims.. they have all the goodies! The staff is excellent, they are super nice and help you find whatever you're looking for that day. Lots of parking, they also have taste testings and I appreciate all the recommendations they have on the drinks. I'll be back for sure! read more

The staff are nice. Store is small but packed with pretty good selections of some stuff, especially vodka. We needed orange liqueur for mimosa, they had a few, but the lowest priced one was $18+, so we went to "Total Wine" & found one for $5.99. read more

Poor customer service. Prices are higher. Stopped by on my way home and needed help finding a particular item. Instead of the worker coming to help me, she pointed and pointed and directed me from behind the counter.....the directions went like this. Second shelf to your right, no not there, keep going now up a little, now look to your left, etc etc. At this point she should've realized I was confused and should have come over to help, but she didn't. The best and friendliest liquor store I've ever been in. This place got me hooked as soon as I was in the door only 5 mins. Lots of the best liquors, friendly customer service - they will help you with anything you ask them to help with even recipes to make unique drinks if you ask for help! I can't believe I'm giving props to a liquor store, but here goes. (my southern Baptist mother would not approve, but we got through my teenage pregnancy in the '90s, so.....) Raymond's opened in Mansfield a few years ago(ish). It's practically around the corner but I dismissed it in favor of the bigger chain stores. That changed when the bigger store stopped selling the peach rum I love. I guess I was the only one buying it and I don't drink enough. I couldn't find it anywhere. That sent me on a treasure hunt that ended at Ray's. Not only did I find peach rum, but a while stock of fruit flavored rum (even strawberry!) Recently, I found myself looking again for something (light hard lemonade) that my regular grocery stores stopped stocking. When the owner/manager (not sure which) noticed that I bought all three 6 packs in the cooler when I came in, she asked if I'd like her to order an extra case for me. And she does. I don't buy a lot, but whenever I go in, there's a case or two tucked away in the corner. It's really thoughtful and appreciated. It's important to note that even though it's much smaller than the big box stores, the prices are comparable. read more

This is normally my go to place for liquor.They have a good selection of liquor and are normally attentive and friendly. Last night was the exception. When entering the store I was not greeted or even acknowledged. I could understand that if they were busy but they were not. I found what I was looking for and took it to the check out. I'm a pretty friendly person and said hello and was promptly ignored. She did not respond the entire time and never even looked up at me. Halfway though transaction she started talking to another employee behind the counter. Unprofessional and not what I expected at Raymond's. Great little place. It's the closest liquor store in this area of mansfield even though technically they are in Arlington. They've got a nice little cigar section but my favorite spot is the pile of $1-$2 shots in the middle. Great for trying new booze, gifts, or when you just need a little of something for a cocktail and don't want to buy the whole 750ml bottle. Give em a shot. Beer selection is getting better too. Bring of the micro-brews! Only negative is I wish they had a second entrance/exit on the side of their parking lot. read more

This place was fantastic when it first opened. Now it seems like none of the employees want to be there. You don't get noticed when you walk in and they never say thank you after the purchase. I haven't seen the owner in there for a while, maybe that's what changed. They are still cheaper and friendlier than the liquor store at Copper and Sturgeon Court. read more

Been to this location several times and used to purchase more until I found that other places have better selection of bourbon and lower prices. Even with their 10% coupon they are more expensive. They are typically $3-7 higher per bottle than other local stores. Staff has rarely acknowledged me or tried to help. Now that there's a new competitor at 360/Debbie, Raymond's is no longer as convenient. The competitor has friendlier service and lower prices. I still stop in from time to time to check selection, but have not purchased from them in a while. Highly recommend Big Country Liquor. read more

Was overcharged for a product at the register that was clearly labeled on the shelf. Was told to get with the manager Deneece. She clearly didnt know what the hell she was doing and seemed to be concerned more about getting her adult son that apparently works there as well getting fed more than anything else. Also on other occasions it seems the employees are starved to death and all they care about is where their food is coming from..very frustrating when you are in a long line trying to check out. read more
