I liked that they sent someone out right away. Had others simply provide estimates for clearing out the birds, cleaning panels and roof, and installing the guards. I must say that they were higher priced than the others. The quote was dropped by $100, but felt confident that they were better than the others. I must say they did a great job cleaning the roof and panels. The install of the guards look great as well. With that being said, four days later and the birds are still hanging out. I wish this service would have caused the birds to move on.

He steam cleaned my tile floors and did a good job. He gave me an estimate on my stall shower. The tile needed cleaning from the waist down, not the entire height of the walls. He said that he'd clean the tile and grout and re-caulk everything. His exact words were "it will look like new"; the price $400.00 (for half a shower). He completely OVER PROMISED. The tile looks OK, the grout is still gray, it doesn't look like new at all. When the caulking he applied came off in strips I called him back. He made an appointment but had to cancel for illness, he said he'd been in an accident a few days before, HE DID'NT CANCEL UNTIL AN HOUR BEFORE HE WAS DUE. I made a second appointment and the morning of, he texted and said he'd put the wrong address in his GPS, HE HAD BEEN HERE THREE DIFFERENT TIMES, so why he was lost is a mystery. Unfortunately, I paid him $1,200 for cement cleaning and sealant services that turned into a disaster. He said we could drive on the driveway after he applied the sealant. We now have black tire marks worse than before. In addition, the sealant is extremely slippery. My neighbor slipped on our sidewalk! Brandon promised to come out on three separate occasions to fix the slippery concrete and wash our driveway again.He never showed up! He never returned phone calls or text messages. I am now calling other companies to see how I can get this fixed. I will be filing a small claims action. Please beware before hiring Brandon and his team.
