We were at the TMA area for lunch and we're doing a walkabout in the area and saw your small…read moregallery open!!! So we went in and after a few moments an older man came in from the studio, not very polite about it but matter of fact, like why we were there, interrupting his day or something. Not a friendly welcome to your mini gallery, so we left!!! The older white guy really needs to fix his attitude when potential buyers are looking at the art for sale!!! Well now think twice about returning!!!

Do not go here. I…read moreattended what was advertised as an "Introduction to Clay" class for beginners -- specifically for people who have never touched clay. I brought my stepdaughter, and we were both really excited for a supportive, welcoming learning experience. Instead, we walked into something completely different. Nan, the instructor, seemed unaware of why new people had been showing up for the past two years. No actual class took place. She briefly walked us around the studio, gave a quick 10-minute demo, and then left us entirely on our own. When we tried to ask questions, she was passive-aggressive, dismissive, and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It was clear the environment was geared toward experienced potters, not beginners. The class was supposed to run from 10am to 1pm, but there was no structured instruction at all. Everyone else in the room knew exactly what they were doing, while we were left confused and ignored. For $90 USD, this was incredibly disappointing. My stepdaughter and I had been looking forward to learning -- instead, we felt talked down to, unsupported, and eager to leave. If you're a beginner or hoping for an actual class, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

FUNNNNNNN! We did an event with them at Ironwood Pig…read moreSanctuary and painted Starry Night Pigs. The instructor was so adorable and bubbly and she and her assistant were super attentive and walking around making sure each person was keeping up and had their necessary equipment. I definitely want to do it again to paint my pet. My pig was not very good but that's just my bad artistic ability, and those sweet people kept telling me it was cute

Painting and Vino provides an artistic experience for us non-artists. Instructors lead us…read morestep-by-step, offering tips, tricks, and advice as we paint. They partner with restaurants and bars and have everything set up for the event: canvas, easels, paint, and brushes at each seat. Servers come by to make sure we have enough wine. (Funny how our paintings look more beautiful after imbibing some wine !) This painting event was special; at Tandem American Eatery (excellent food - one of our favorites) and a fundraiser for PACC (a favorite charity). Turnout was great, with eighteen participants, and our instructor was cool, helpful, and funny. This was not my first paint and wine time, and I love that the painters are always friendly with their table mates, which really enhances the enjoyment. A plug for Tandem: My friend and I arrived early for dinner before painting. My wings were as big and tasty as they always are and my friend said her bacon blue cheeseburger burger was as delivious as I told her it would be. The burger comes with the most delicious house-made potato chips. My pal loved them.
