After waiting almost two months on an amateur who failed miserably, I contacted Jerry, who made himself available to meet with me promptly. He met with us and went over everything he would be doing, and gave us peace of mind on how he could right the wrongs that were done. A few days later, he was at work. Grading, DONE. I text him and no response so unprofessional and he never came by today like he said he would. I believe he doesn't care about lower paying jobs like $50 and under because I have a small yard that he charges $45 for, but he shouldn't ignore his lower paying customers just because he might have gotten a bigger job somewhere else.
