This store is by far the worst when it comes to ordering product and keeping the shelves stocked…read more My dog has past pancreatitis history, and she also has no gallbladder , so she cannot digest fats and has to eat the royal canin gastrointestinal low fat canned food only. This store NEVER has it in stock. I've gone three weeks in a row , on a Friday or a Saturday right after they so called get their delivery and it's still never in stock. I ask one of the customer service representatives to order it , and she can't do it. I work at a grocery store , when something is out of stock we order it . Basically was told I should stop online or go to petco in Plymouth. Drove to Plymouth, they had TONS of the food available. Wareham petco you've lost so many potential sales simply because you don't know how to keep your shelves stocked. I live two minutes from this store and would buy food all the time, I didn't want to drive to Plymouth but I had no choice because my dog can only eat this brand. Do better.

Some back story on her:…read more-golden retriever age 10, with plenty of training under her belt and years of grooming with high school students at BCAHS We dropped her off for grooming and not only did they not finish her grooming but they had the nerve to say it was because she had diarrhea and was difficult to work with! I'm sorry but if 14-18yr olds learning to groom in high school can handle grooming my well trained dog in a 2hr time period a certified groomer should be able to just fine. This groomer clearly just didn't not want to take on the load of a fully furnished golden as she was not brushed, fully dried, or shaped up what so ever. The groomer claimed she was not fully dried due to diarrhea but as a golden she has feather on her hind end and it would be extremely apparent if she had diarrhea unless her hind end was re-washed, not to mention she had totally normal stool upon arriving home. If you can't handle something don't lie to a client or be lazy and lie after the fact to make up for what you lack as a professional! The only reason they are getting 2 stars is for not charging me which would have been outrageous considering they basically hosed her off, half dried her and shoved her back into a cage because they didn't want to deal with her which I can do at home.
