When I ordered two additional sausages when I pointed out the menu error I was charged extra. Oh well. -1 star for charging me extra and -1 star for having such a glaring error on the menu. This place is awesome! Truly a hidden gem. I came with my wife and father-in-law for breakfast. The wait staff was so friendly and offered recommendations for my wife who was deciding between the Benedict options. Our server was super attentive, making multiple passes to our table to make sure we had everything we needed. I had the meat lovers omelette with a pancake on the side. The omelette was well put together, the meats were delicious and the pancake was so tasty. In terms of the place, you sat yourself and there was penny of seating. You also could sit at the bar. The people were all so nice. It seemed like people have been coming here for years. The decor was typical diner style, kitschy items which was a nice touch. If I could give this place a partial star, I would. My wife, daughter and I went in to have a nice lunch and picked a larger table that sat six people. We did this because it was the only table that was suitably separated from other diners. Let me remind everyone that there is still a pandemic going on and that we should still socially distance. There is a way for us to go out and enjoy a meal safely. Social distancing is how that is achieved. The waitress came and asked if we had more people coming, we told her no. She asked us to move to a smaller table so we asked if there were any tables that were not near other diners. She said no, because this restaurant had a lot of tables in tight to maximize their profits. So she told us that if a bigger party comes in she would have to move us. We left because if our safety is not as important as their profits, then they do not deserve our business. This restaurant has okay food, but not the level of good that deserves a fair rating. Given their ignorance towards the pandemic and a customer's safety concern, I can only imagine what else they are doing in the kitchen that circumvents safety. I will never patronize this place again. My suggestion to you is to avoid the place like the plague because they are definitely spreading it. read more

Ok, the food is really good, the Pancakes are really good! The eggs are good, but I did get shell in mine, like a dime sized piece, which I know happens... the service is fast! The cook refused to make a grilled cheese sandwich on a Sunday because they had decided a few weeks earlier to stop offering lunch on weekends - a fact not provided on their menus. The waitress said the cook would bite her head off of she asked. Because we visited specifically for the grilled cheese (I like neither eggs nor sweet items for breakfast and a grilled cheese is my compromise), the waitress asked the cook to make one. We could hear him yelling at her from the dining room. If you're not going to offer a simple item line toast with cheese on it, put that on the menu. The waitress was great and we left her a good tip, but after coming here for years (for the grilled cheese), we don't think we'll be back. Such a shame. read more

Very clean and friendly place! Variety of seating.. small, larger and round tables for larger parties as well as seating at the counter! You can seat yourself wherever there is an open table.. I've never had to wait in line for a table to open up, probably because they keep up with dirty tables like I've never seen at another resturaunt.. doesn't matter if it's a weak day or weekend either! Okay, so for starters I wasn't really a fan of their menu. I know what I wanted, but in order to get it, I'd have to order a bunch a sides, which is silly. I eventually choose my meal for breakfast and my food comes out about 20 minutes later. I noticed the ham tasted different (not bad, just different, almost less salty?). After finishing my meal, I left to drive home. *Keep in mind this is the only meal I have eaten all day* I began vomiting, and once I thought it stopped, it began again. Maybe an hour later my body began shaking, I began sweating but felt ice cold, and my entire body was sore. All in all, I think I got food poisoning from this place. read more

Living 1.2 miles away, I found this breakfast place a few months ago and have been hooked ever since. The back wall of the place is all windows overlooking the backside of Anderson's Farm and all his cows (literally 20 feet from the windows) definitely add the the country motif of this establishment. The portions are plenty, the food is cooked up fast and the toast is prepared properly (they don't skip on the butter). As for pricing, very inexpensive for what you get and a wide range of omelets and flavored pancakes. The staff are friendly and attentive for the most part (although I do notice that service improves the more I go there so I must be recognized as a "regular" now). As for the previous comment about "Farm Folk"... I don't see it. There is a mix of cultures, but it is definitely not a "Bickford's" or "IHOP" clientele (which is why I like going to this place). I do agree with the comment about "local favors" though. All in all, it is where I will continue to go for breakfast. read more

Ok bfast joint on rt 106 in Anderson's Farm Plaza. Only 3 miles from downtown Brockton but the clientele is straight from Crooked Pig, Indiana. Farm folk with overalls and few teeth to prove it. Food is decent, standard breakfast fare with a few different choices (biscuits and gravy, Greek and Mexican omelettes.) Service is spotty and favors the locals over the transients. read more

Not only was the food hot n' fresh, the service was outstanding and the place is spotlessly clean. I've been trying several diner's for breakfast recently in my area, some are better than others, this one is in my top 5. Cute little place with plenty of parking out front, welcoming atmosphere as you walk in and you take a seat anywhere at one of the nicely appointed, clean tables. Our sever was Sharon and she couldn't have been more pleasant, in fact i heard all the wait staff in there engaging in light conversation with all their tables and everyone was happy to chat and i could hear that many of the customers were regulars, always a good sign. Excellent choices on the menu, i had the daily double, 2 eggs, 2 sausages, 2 strips of bacon and 2 pancakes, eggs were perfect, sausage is very country style, bacon was crisp, the pancakes were huge! I could have managed with just one, they were a good size diameter wise, but they were very thick and fluffy, wonderful! #2 had the corned beef hash and by the time i looked over it was gone, i'm assuming it was also outstanding. I see they do lunch too, i will be heading back to try that and will follow up later. DON'T EVER COME HERE!!! My gf & I was just here, we sat by the window that had multiple dead flies on the sill followed by multiple flies bouncing off of us & every other customer in the place. We changed tables just to be bombarded by at least 30 flies using our food as a trampoline (which is why we didn't finish said food). When asking for an owner or manager a Puerto Rican cook with a gold grill & bad attitude was produced. I told him the situation & his response was "Buddy it's a farm it's expected, there's nothing I can do about it, it's the same out back (the kitchen)". When I told him "This is a restaurant not a farm & that's why I didn't finish my food" he replied with a snyde "Ehh come on" & walked away never to be seen again! First things first - walked into an adorably decorated, clean restaurant this morning for my first visit to Sunnyside. Got my coffee and it was very good! I ordered the Veggie Scramble with a grilled English Muffin. Comes with home fries - which were excellent and made from scratch - an absolute must in a good breakfast place if you ask me. Slight up charge for the English which was fine. Dining friends got a California omelette with avacado and #2 Special - 2 eggs, 2 pancakes or fr. toast, 2 bacon and 2 sausage. Only complaint was they wanted the French toast on a separate plate to as not to mix the yolk and syrup, but taste wise, all were very happy! Get there early! The food here is decent. The service not so much. When my friend and I last ate here we felt totally out of place. We are both in our late 20's and everyone else was 50 and older. Not many families just older couples eating their dinner. The floor plan is a little awkward with just one big open room. The food is average. You can count the home fries on 2 hands and maybe have a couple of digits not used. It's hard to get a refill on hot coffee. What really gets me is if you order an ice coffee, hot tea or soda you have to pay full price for a 2nd one. So 2 ice coffees cost $6. What the heck! You do realize for coffee, tea or soda the restaurant pays pennies for one serving. read more

Drove by several times and parking lot was pretty full. They must've been for the travel agency because their breakfast was not even good. Their corn beef hash was def fresh... Out of a can. The eggs were eggs. The pot of coffee that they walked around was almost see through it was so watered down. Maybe we went on an off day but this experience didn't want us to return any time soon. The Food was mediocre and bland. The chef took 40 minutes to release only three out of our 7 meals. After that we got our sides before our main course which of course were all Luke warm or cold. I ordered pancakes that were burnt on one side and ruined the taste. A friend of mine ordered one piece of dry rye toast and it took an additional 15 minutes for the bread. Hecause of the long wait without informing us that the coffee charged per cup they poured sympathy coffee repeatedly, then proceeded to charge me for it. My wife was got her plate earlier than I received mine, she was half way through her meal, by the time I even received mine.. My pancakes were still frozen, waitress had amazing nice attitude with my wife but if i tried to talk i got snide remarks and basically ignored, which in turn, widely annoyed my wife to the point she wanted a manager.
