When you tell them you want to buy a fish, they hate it, seem bothered by the act of needing to catch a fish, and they will act rude to ensure you never come back as a fishkeeper. Their tanks are disgusting, they never clean the gravel, no wonder their entire rack system is infected and has been continuously for over a year. Save your money.

I toured 3 other places before choosing Dragonluck. My dog was rescued from a puppy mill and has severe separation anxiety and housebreaking issues...It is hard to put into words what Dragonluck has done for his rehabilitation! Dawn spent a lot of time teaching him to stay close to her when off-leash (greyhounds tend to take off so this is an accomplishment). After we had been sending him three times per week for a couple of months, we noticed an incredible difference In his behaviour and confidence. Dawn is very flexible and happy to take the dogs whenever is needed and with little notice. She has a tremendous amount of knowledge and is happy to share it because she really loves all of her clients. The property is large and there is a place for them to swim and play, and it's all well fenced. My dog loves going here and starts dancing in the back seat as soon as we turn into the driveway. The price is very reasonable! I don't hesitate to recommend Dragonluck to anyone. Dawn and her helpers are wonderful!

Having never been before we decided to make a holiday of it and take our motorhome and of course Cooper(our puggle) came with us. After searching for a kennel online we happened to contact Dawn at Dragonluck Kennels. Not only did she help us with our questions and helped make our choice to use dragonluck, she went above and beyond. We emailed back and forth with her replies being quick not leaving me waiting. Originally Cooper was going to just use the daycare for a few hours the day of the wedding, however plans changed and he ended up on an overnight. In order to allow us to sight see the next day before leaving Ottawa, she offered to deliver Cooper to us at our campground, saving us a trip back out to the kennel (at least 1/2 hour away). Cooper was in fine spirit and didn't seem to have any anxiety over being away from us. And he ate!!! That is incredible in itself. As he is 11+ years, he has developed some separation anxiety when in strange environments. Apparently not at Dragonluck. Dawn and the staff get a huge thumbs up from us, Great experience. The location is A-1 also - cant go wrong with the country feel!! Needing a kennel for your furry pet for a few hours or overnight, call them up - you wont regret it!! ~Sheila & Lonney~

And I am glad I made the trek during my lunch break. - Called in 1st before coming & friendly staff (thanks, M!) was already helpful over the phone. She even offered to set aside food samples for my dog to try. - When I got there, same friendly & knowledgeable staff already had paper bag ready for me to take, and I picked up some more items and was provided with more samples. - I was also told of their food guarantee - if my dog did not like it, I can take it back. - This 1st visit was so easy & fast for pick up! - My dog has tried one of the samples for dinner - and so far it's a hit. - It looks like we will be back. - Note: This place carries a load of Canada made food - frozen raw food and freeze dried, and dry and wet food. They also deliver for a certain amount of merchandise & for a small fee.
