They do not ensure paying customers are aware of their strict policies and instead of informing clients they simply disregard their mistakes and blame the customer. Not sure what kind of customer service is in their "policy" but I have never experienced such disrespect from an establishment before. However I will give them 1 star for refunding me part of the classes (but not the one they made a mistake on :)!)
