I get updates and pictures (I've asked for it) and the sitters give me heads up on things they notice that might be out of the ordinary. They overfeeding my senior cat and when I asked why (expecting to hear that they misunderstood so again wanted to fix it before the next time) they flat out lied. How do I know This? If my cat had eaten nothing the entire time there still should have been less food in the dish than what was left over. Poor service and possibly unhealthy for your pet too. Also I had asked to arrange a time to return my keys last Tuesday and other than an invoice for the cost of the key return, have not heard back to arrange a date and time to return my keys. The invoice was sent without other communication and I paid it today (Friday) following which I sent an email at 310pm and left a voice message aT 330pm asking for my key and fob back. Horrid service do not Use!

Unfortunately Bruno had a terrible injury a week ago requiring spinal surgery and we were panicked as to how we would help him through his recovery. But Jen was there! Ready and willing to help as much as she could, she has been fantastic checking in with us through Bruno's hospital admissions and has been seeing him daily to help with medications, encouraging food and toilet breaks. She has been amazing in checking in with me with daily updates on her visists to Bruno- enableing us to get back to work knowing that Bruno is in good hands. Our Rotti clicked instantly with the staff and was very happy. Staff is great. We love getting the email post cards while we are away showing our dogs having fun. I've taken his ti several different kennels in the past and he has never had such a proudly joyful reaction before. And this is consistent. As the owner, I am always pleased to see it so spotlessly clean and am thankful for how flexible they are willing to be to work with my scheduling needs. But beyond all else, I feel extremely comfortable knowing the dogs are well cared for, well exercised, socialized and safe. They don't gouge you by demanding more money for walks and playtimes like other kennels. I respect that they firmly believe in the care they give and that they give the best to 100% of the dogs they are entrusted with, so that all dogs get equal and extensive playtime everyday, regardless of how much money you have in your wallet. This is by far the best place you can take your dog and after discovering it I truly wouldn't take mine anywhere else!
