I was leaving to New York for a week on a family trip, and normally leave my dog with my in laws, but since they were coming with us, I had to search else where.
My dog is very needy (I baby her way too much), so I was really nervous leaving her for a week. I refuse to lock her up in a kennel. I wanted my dog to feel like she was at home, and still get love and affection while I was gone.
Maggie Mays was a smooth experience. We were invited over for a one hour interview process where our dog was able to roam the house and see if she was comfortable staying there, leading on to a series of question about our dog; likes, dislikes, health issues, walking schedule, ect.
I really enjoyed the communication from Maggie Mays while we were gone, with daily updates on our dog, as well as photos.
Price was right. $150 for five nights ($30/night) Say what? Other kennels can charge up to $90.00 a night.
Would recommend if you are looking for a local pet boarding company. read more
