This location has a Subway sandwich shop as well as a Dunkin Donuts (drive through), which was very convenient and the staff was fast and polite. Also, if you are heading back towards Lancaster when leaving the lot, use the left side exit to go to the lights, as you cannot take a left out of the other exit.

At no point throughout this week was I able to get anyone on the phone after about 2-3 hours of sitting on hold total. The phone queue automatically hangs up on you after 30 minutes. I had to drive there today and sit in the drive-thru line. While I was there 3 other cars in front of me just left out of frustration because of the wait. So about 3ish hours total of wait time to have a 2-minute conversation to remove whatever self-imposed hold they put on the prescription.
