When they did, they heard additional noises coming from the transfer case and transmission. Nothing catastrophic yet -- but concerning enough that they referred me to a transmission specialist to take a deeper look. After supposedly changing the oil as part of their prep, the car is already showing 8% oil life. Just the cherry on top of an experience that truly screams attention to detail.
