I called and left msg for store manager and was told she was not there and she would call me the next day. next day I called again and was told "o she went to the bank" but the cashier decided she had some type of knowledge. so she told me that this happens all the time and to give it some time fall off. I told her I have never had this happen. I always come inside and use a debt card. She was just making stuff up. She started getting loud due to I was not agreeing with her so called response. I was relatively happy with the service .....so I thought, until I found out they were not being honest about rotating my tires. I marked them and they never rotated them (happened twice). The manager lied to my face. Third time they rotated them. They offer a shuttle service and I work a few miles away on the same street. I booked the shuttle and my early AM appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Brought my car there and the shuttle van wasn't there. No big deal I was there 15+ minutes early. After about a 1/2 hour the van still wasn't there. my appointment was 1/2 hour into the appointment and they still hadn't started the car. Normally I would leave it for the day. After nearly an hour (the car should have been done at this point!) I asked for the keys and left. After the manager lying about rotating the tires (twice) this was the last straw. I haven't been back since.

On the 27th of July 2026, I went off good faith to get my truck serviced here--an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. Well, after leaving the shop I noticed that my truck was leaking a bit of oil, but thought it might have been oil that fell into a groove while being drained. Well, I decided to climb under my truck to see if they made an error... to answer my question, they reinstalled my oil plug with a 1/8" gap, causing it to not sit flush or properly. I brought my truck back to the shop a week later, August 3, 2026. Upon their inspection they confirmed that they installed my oil plug incorrectly; however they used the excuse that "it fell on the floor and got a piece of dirt stuck to it...causing it not to seal". The lady who stated she was the General Manager, Shelby, had a calm and collected composure, however, upon her return to the office she was all shook up and almost in tears. She asked if I could follow her in the shop and look at a "hairline crack in my oil pan". This crack is right above where they made the mistake with oil plug. A hairline crack in oil pan is often caused by over torquing an oil plug... she stated how the issue was not covered under warranty and that it would cost me $1,380.00. I knew based off her reaction that it occurred while they were working under my truck--but that is just my opinion. I asked who I could talk to above her and she stated how the person above her was a "silent owner" who she can't reveal the name of. The people in this shop do not know how to take accountability for their actions and don't deserve your business. I should have stuck with taking my truck to my dependable Chevrolet dealership.

This station, on North Main St. in on Arlington Lake and is also a marina. Many boaters come and gas up as it is the only option for this lake. There is a small store here as well that offers beer, wine, cigs., lottery, snacks, and all the typical convenience store supplies. This station also has diesel as well as kerosene.
