Cost savings on inspection. However... Slow as molasses wait time. At times with cars blocking Starbucks traffic that's in the same parking lot next door. You must remain in the car before handoff to inspector. Failed inspection. Lena quoted reasonable price to fix it. Refused to print estimate. After getting other quotes, Lena's price was half the cost. However, not sure about the quality of the fix. Passed, after getting it repaired by Countryside Service Center. Reinspection. Claimed to have a warranty on repair. Inspection sticker was not filled out; completely blank. Thankfully, the printout has their information. FRAUD: Cashier Lena took my cell phone for the Groupon code. Turned her back with my phone to discuss with the mechanic. I immediately got Groupon emails proclaiming: "thank you for your review of Countryside Service Center." A review that I didn't make. I suspect that the cashier took my phone and gave her business a 5 out of 5 rating, before returning my phone. Unethical!! I won't go here again!! You've been warned!

Except that the inspector disappeared so I had to wait even longer the second time. Manager would not comp me for the second inspection even though this cost me an extra 40 minutes. He finally offered me only $4 off, so I guess my 40 minutes wasted is with $4.

I especially wanted to recognize two employees who truly stood out during my most recent visit. Jose, who performed my brake fluid service and cabin air filter replacement. He was very friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. He answered my questions, explained everything well and made me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. I also want to recognize Samantha at the front counter. She was awesome, great personality welcoming, and kind to every customer who walked through the door. What impressed me the most was watching her go out of her way to speak Spanish with several Hispanic customers, even though Spanish is not her first language. She didn't have to do that, but she is teaching herself Spanish so she can better serve others. To me, that speaks volumes about her commitment to excellent customer service. Both Jose and Samantha worked incredibly hard during my visit and made the experience a positive one. Employees like them deserve recognition because they represent outstanding customer service.

Even when I came on a Sunday, another customer mentioned out loud that it looked like more water is coming out. 2. Is this a convenient/gas station store or a mom and pop shop?? Why are they now pouring creamers and milks in glass bottles? People want to make their coffee pour the creamer and get out of there, not have to turn around each bottle to read what's in each one. And how do we even know they aren't pouring new creamer/milks over old liquids? Can they please bring back the original containers?? I'm slowly limiting my visits here.
