Thanks Google, for that. I basically used this one for a smoke break and stretch my legs. I also went inside to use the facilities. I was mindful of how small this location was and found myself on the outskirts of the lot. This allowed for me to see that, even though it is a small, they utilized the lot size the best they could. It really worked and the flow of traffic in and out was constant. Inside, on the small side as well, works. They got the highlights of a normal sized Sheetz store, but it was somewhat select, as each section appeared to have the best of the best to offer.

This is a nice place. I understand why they have electric order kiosks, but I still don't like them. Sure it allows them to be able to hire less staff. I asked around and found this was the old school car wash where you can do it yourself. Funny I didn't realize how many people still go to self serve car washes because it was packed! There was about 4-5 lanes and you have to get tokens to operate the wands. The machine takes cash and credit card. The tokens are $1 each and gives you a certain amount of time. So the more time you need, the more tokens you should purchase. I say, come with patience because as I said this place was crowded and depending on who's in front of you, your wait time will vary. I got out the car while I was waiting to get my tokens before it was my turn but I did see a guy pull in to the bay and then go get his tokens. The guy I was behind started busting out his buffering tools and wax so I waited quite a bit for him to finish! But he did add a couple tokens when he left and told me to pull in! I will come back like on a Tuesday morning.

I was warmly greeted and welcomed (my first visit there) and Brandon and Tommy, were absolutely fantastic! Very respectful, kind, great senses of humor, and made me (a woman) feel very comfortable. They also took the time to explain how the nail could've bent as it did! This was late afternoon and I had to get back to work.. after I mentioned that, they offered to move my car up and take care of it right away! In and out in less than 45 minutes, and Tommy was gracious enough to not charge me for the nail removal, simply the patch work!! For the service, they are very reasonably priced, and offer a full range of additional services, outside of tire repair! I think they may be my new go-to place, and I cannot thank them all enough for the kindness and service I received! Thanks McCarthys!!! Happy first time customer!

I even got the Inspector General of Virginia involved after you thumbed your nose at the Better Business Bureau. This was after you originally told me you could fix it the AC. The engine work was done fine. I had to return it once for the engine work but you did fix that problem. But you shouldn't have taken in the AC work if you didn't know what you were doing or at least refunded the money I paid for the AC work. You want me to remove my negative response, return the $800+ money you charged me fir the AC replacement that never worked.
