I don't remember the employees name but he sold me a new Air Cartridge for my Suorin Air Pod, with that purchase he gave me a free bottle of Hometown Hero Juice. The juice is crazy good may I add. I bought a 30ml bottle of Mr Salt-E liquid for my Suorin Air, we checked out and left. I got home, opened the bottle. I realized he mistakenly gave me the wrong one. I went back to the shop and tried to get a refund or possibly replace the bottle of juice and he explained that once I opened it I can't take it back, but out of the kindness he had, he gave me a 20% discount on any juice I wanted. I kind of shrugged that off because they didn't have the flavor I wanted, but I also took my mod in the store to see if it could be fixed and he gladly fixed it free of charge. As he was fixing it we chit-chatted, my buddy was in there too. He was overall a really genuine guy and was very nice. He fixed my mod and I wanted a new RDA. He took me over to the RDA section and once I got the one I wanted, he gave me a free build, and another free bottle of juice since I was given the wrong one. I wouldn't expect this place to keep throwing you free stuff all the time, but it just goes to show that this place really cares about their customers, and with the deals they give you and amazing price points, you honestly can't beat them.

I opened the review and saw that the reviewer felt that he was treated very poorly, as a result, and myself being new to vaping (with more questions than answers), I decided to stay away, in order to avoid possible ridicule and embarrassment from my lack of knowledge and overabundance of questions. Several weeks went by and I still hadn't found a store. So, since I was in the neighborhood, I bit the bullet and went in to seek help for an issue that I was having with an existing setup of mine. As soon as I walked in, I heard a very friendly "Hello, my name is Alex, how can I help you?" I shook Alex's hand and explained my setup problem and asked him if he could take a look and see the problem, and/or make some recommendations on how to get it right. He took the time to provide me with a very customized experience. I explained that I was new to vaping, and what my needs from it were, as well as what I was looking for. He took a look at my device, figured out what the problem was. Asked me what kind of action I wanted to take (which was to replace my atomizer), and, so as to not blackball me into an item that was beyond my price range and my needs, he made sure to ask me what I was comfortable spending and he found the perfect device for me; In fact, I like it better than my original one! He made sure it fit my battery, and made sure that it fired right and fit well on my existing battery. I happened to have my own eJuice (I vape CBD oil) with me, and he even showed me how to fill the new item that I purchased. This place was soooooo far in the polar opposite direction of what was described by that single-star-review that I can't even begin to explain it! I'm not saying that the Single-Star-Reviewer was being less than honest, but perhaps there were some extenuating circumstances that led to the events that had transpired during his experience? MY experience was so positive that they now have a customer for life and I highly recommend their shop to anyone that asks and/or will listen. PROS: Very helpful staff (Alex); Friendly atmosphere (it appears that you're welcome to just hang out, if you feel like it); Pricing is moderate; They make their own eJuice, customizable and on the spot, in the shop. CONS: They do NOT carry CBD oil/eJuice and I very much wish that they would! I can't get my stuff anywhere locally, I've only found it online and it takes forever to arrive. Prices are higher due to the convenience of not having to go to a grocery store and "healthier food options" aren't always an option when your inventory needs to last because of the limited foot traffic that you have. It's a great little store and the staff (Jose!!) is/are incredible - any time someone was short a bit, he lets it slide, and has let us get a couple things on "credit" when we forgot our card at home. I'm sold. The staff was extremely helpful, I was able to sample an infinite amount of flavors (given the one dollar fee to cover them from regulations of "giving" those products for free). The guy who helped us pointed us to the perfect external battery for our pen style pod and was very helpful with the CBD vape oil as well. Good prices! Their more professional external battery with adjustable voltage was CHEAPER than the Chinese junk sold for 16 at our local shop that blew up before the first charge. Love the fact they have glass pieces for "herbalists" as well. This is going to be our new one-stop shop. Worth the drive from Washington, Pa!
