On top of that, they lost our insurance check, didn't tell us for months, so install didn't happen until the following year. When we asked for a budget breakdown to turn into our insurance company, Shanco ignored us and proceeded to tell us to just pay. They were supposed to do roof, gutters, and screens. The insurance company even gave us an additional 3k to cover our fence. Well, Shanco, took all the money for a roof and gutters. In the end, we paid over 23k for a roof and gutters. Oh yeah, and if they tell you, youll get military discount, that's a bold lie. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, especially military. We asked other homeowners around us who was getting their roof done, they paid half of what we had to pay.

I had to contact them on a monthly basis for an update. I understand supplier issues and weather delays but communication is key. There was no communication unless I initiated it. We started the process in November. The project did not start until April. The materials were to be unloaded on our paved driveway. Instead it was unloaded on our freshly sodded and seeded grass. Our contract included new shutters. The old shutters were put back on the house. This was brought to Bill's attention during the process. The shutters were never ordered. We waited another 3 weeks. The wrong size was ordered. Another 3 weeks for replacements to be delivered. The outside light was not working when the crew left after the first visit. We waited a week for someone to fix this. Before the job was completed, Bill sent a job completed letter to our insurance company. We were asked multiple times by Revival for final payment before the job was completed. I'm happy with the final project. The crew did good work. However, due to the process, I would not recommend.
