However, they had a snowstorm, so it would be an extra day. I get a call a week later, asking me for the part number, even though they already had my vehicle information and VIN. She said they needed this to make sure they sent me the right part. Why a week later? Why not the next day? She then tells me they have 180 orders waiting to go out, and she's been working 18 hour days, etc. I gave her the part number, they didn't have that part, but they had a suitable replacement, based on my VIN, and would be sending that the next day. They never did need or use my part number, they were just stalling for time. When I asked for a manager, I was told she was the manager, and if I didn't like it she'd refund my money. This after waiting a week.
