Since when does a company say "we will not honor the advertisement that the owner posted on THREE different media outlets???" She further explained that stylists use the promotion to build their client base but then said "my client base is pretty set so I don't need to." This woman absolutely said she would not honor it, pretended to take my name and number and said "I will have someone call you back." Honeychild, it is 6:11pm and I still don't have a phone call. I called the other two locations (Lithia Springs and Hiram) SEVEN times to try and see if they would honor it. The website said all three are open 7 days a week. I never got a hold of anyone until around 2:00 for the Hiram location, the woman in Hiram said she would honor it. (Lithia Springs never answered but apparently they are open???) But then she informed me while she was doing my hair that there is an extra fee for a style. Mind you, I got a relaxer, so you're telling me that it is extra to have it flat ironed???? Just a simple flat ironed style. Bottom line- between the shady false promotion that these stylists won't honor, the extra fee for my hair to be flat ironed after a style-- the end result is a "oh hell no".
