Immediately upon entering, there is some coffee and merchandise to your right, the ordering counter is straight ahead, and there's plenty of seating throughout the rest of the space. My wife and I were both drawn to their specialty menu, which was extensive and colorful. We both ended up choosing the same pistachio cookie latte, though I went with a large hot version, while my wife opted for a medium iced one. After about a five-minute wait, we had our coffees and headed on our way. My coffee turned out to be quite good. The first thing that hit me was the pistachio flavor, followed by the sweetness from the shortbread, and finally the coffee and milk came through at the finish. While I would have preferred a slightly stronger coffee flavor, I have to admit I basically inhaled it since I really enjoyed the taste. My wife also enjoyed her pistachio latte, and while she usually has quite a bit left by the time we get home, this time it was almost gone which says a lot. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. I enjoyed the vibe of The Press and thought their specials were great as well.

From the moment you walk in, the vibe is warm, colorful, and welcoming--think beachy charm with a touch of artsy personality. The staff are genuinely friendly and attentive without being overbearing, which sets the tone for a relaxed, enjoyable meal. The food is where this place really shines. Breakfast and brunch are standouts, with creative twists on classics. The French toast is thick, fluffy, and perfectly sweet, while the omelets are loaded with fresh ingredients and cooked just right. Their baked goods--especially the muffins and pastries--taste homemade in the best possible way. If you stop by for lunch, the sandwiches and wraps are equally impressive, packed with flavor and generously portioned. Coffee lovers won't be disappointed either--their brews are rich and smooth, pairing perfectly with the menu. Everything feels thoughtfully prepared, not rushed or mass-produced. What really elevates Andy's Flour Power is the consistency. Whether you're a first-timer or a regular, you can count on great food, a laid-back atmosphere, and service that makes you feel like part of the community. If you're anywhere near Panama City Beach, this is absolutely worth a stop--especially for a slow, satisfying breakfast that sets the tone for the rest of your day.

Unfortunately, this was a really disappointing experience. We came with a party of 12 for brunch,…read moreso we expected it to take a little longer, but it still took about 50 minutes for our food to come out, and we ended up being there for nearly two hours. The food was very hit or miss. My grilled cheese looked like it had been smashed in a panini press, but the cheese wasn't even melted, and the bacon didn't add much. The fries were honestly the best thing on my plate. The chicken salad sandwich was incredibly dry--more like a brick of chicken salad between two slices of bread than an actual sandwich. The grits were by far the worst part of the meal. They were watery, the grains tasted undercooked, and the texture was just awful. My mimosa was basically orange juice with little to no champagne, and using pulpy orange juice made it even less enjoyable. To be fair, not everything was bad. My mom said her eggs Benedict were some of the best she's had, and my sister's BLT was okay, not terrible, but definitely nothing special. Overall, aside from the fries and the eggs Benedict, the food was disappointing, especially considering the wait. We left wishing we'd gone somewhere else.

Don't plaster takeout menus all over your website, Google, and Facebook if you're just going to turn paying customers away at the first sign of a rush. I called to place a quick order for my daughter and myself, only to be met with an immediate, snotty attitude: "We don't do pickup orders when we're busy." When I called back to speak with management about how I was treated, the manager, Kevin, made it abundantly clear where the staff learns their awful attitude. Instead of listening for even ten seconds, he repeatedly talked over me and started arguing. After that disgusting display of "customer service," I called Mosey's instead. You could hear right over the phone that they were slammed with a packed house, but the gentleman who answered was patient, respectful, and took our order for a calzone and cheese sticks without hesitation. When I asked if it was okay to bring my 7-year-old daughter inside to pick it up, he didn't hesitate: "We're very family-friendly, come on in." We happily waited 15 minutes in line just to pick up our food because good businesses that treat people with respect actually deserve our money. Take notes from Mosey's, Kevin. We won't ever be back to your place.

But once I took my first bite, I was pretty satisfied. I had the country-fried steak, along with mash & gravy, and rice & gravy. It was good, and for under $20, I really can't complain. The place is huge, very spacious with both indoor and water-side outdoor seating.... something I'm not used to seeing in Los Angeles. It almost felt like a studio set at Universal. Definitely a lot of Bayou character! Service staff was young and friendly, without any of the pretentious I'm used to in La. The folks are real, and I appreciate that. Because of the limited menu, I'd advise you call ahead and make sure it's something you like, cuz if it's not, you're SOL. I like it. I'll definitely be back.
