Upon my visit, there were 2 ladies behind the counter (based upon comments, one was a 'veteran employee', and the other seemed to be new-ish). I ordered the smoked salmon (lox) on a rosemary-thyme bagel. Salmon had a light Smokey flavor and came w/ plain cream cheese and capers. It was a good sandwich, but nothing memorable. It came un-toasted, which was a slight disappointment. Otherwise, it was good. Everything is primarily take-out, but there are a few tables outside to sit and eat if you're not leaving right away. Hot coffee, fountain drinks, and an assortment of canned/bottled drinks and water. No fancy Lattes, or iced coffees here. Just simple stuff to go. The Bagel Maker is such a fun little home-town spot with the kindest workers! The service was quick, so you definitely can go here for something to grab and go. There are a lot of options to choose from so everyone can find something they love! We got a Bagel Dog, Bagel with plain Cream Cheese, and a Salmon Spread Bagel sandwich. Everything was just ok! I do wish there was more cream cheese on my bagel, and my husband says his Salmon Cream Cheese Spread on his sandwich was underwhelming because it something he was really looking forward to having a strong yummy flavor. Before moving to PCB, I didn't really eat many bagels. After trying the Bagel Maker, I'm obsessed. We've been to Bagel Maker twice now and both times delivered. Both times have been so good! The first time my husband had a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on an onion bagel and I had a garlic bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. This visit we switched it up a little. He had a rosemary bagel with salmon cream cheese and a bagel dog with spicy mustard, and I had a salt bagel with veggie cream cheese. The bagels are delicious. Great sized, not too dense, and love the variety. The cream cheeses are also mixed by hand and expertly flavored. If you want to eat there, there is no indoor seating but 2-3 tables outside. My suggestion is to drive over to Beach Drive and eat on one of the swings overlooking the bay. read more

I love a latte with my bagel so I walk just up the street to The Press to grab a latte and then make my way over here for a bagel! They have really great brewed coffee here if that's your jam. (but my go-to is a latte so that's the only reason i go somewhere else) I have been here at least 10 times and the bagels are always consistent. I have never had a sandwich i didn't like! I have gotten the turkey sandwich at lunch and a sausage egg and cheese at breakfast. My two favorite bagels are the asiago and everything bagels. Looking for a bagel place while staying in PCB and we ended up taking the drive to Panama City to check this place out. The bagel and cream cheese selections were plentiful! My aunt had a plain bagel with the bacon chive cream cheese... I went for the blueberry bagel with maple bacon cream cheese. Love that they use real bacon in the mix... only wish it had a bit more maple flavor.
