We chose Hog's Breath as we were already dressed up and I heard good things about this place. The bar side of the restaurant was super loud and busy due to the Cronulla Sharks playing that night. The restaurant portion itself wasn't busy and there were only a couple other tables that were occupied so I couldn't understand why the server wasn't able to be more attentive. The wait was well worth it. I ordered the Prime Rib with fries, prawn and a Cesar salad that was topped with a garlic creme sauce. It was very delicious and I wish I can go back again. When i went to sit down in a booth there was still dishes from the previous customer still there. Coffee came out pretty quick and was good. The meal also came out quick. The bacon was a bit cold so i'm not sure if they had already pre-cooked it. The eggs were poached and were ok. Overall, it was not a bad experience but more on the average side.
