Not pleased by this company. Wanted $97 air duct cleaning and dryer vent. Tried to upcharge me $550 to do services that needed done but no inspection has said anything about it that we had recently. Stated we have a lot of house expenses right now so we just want the $97 one. After finishing the job was told they don't take card or check under $200. Then stated dryer vent I paid him to clean wasn't bad and only got 10% of the debris so felt like a complete waste of my money. I'm very disappointed and frustrated. read more

I booked Air duct cleaning with Klark's cleaning service for $97.00 with free dryer vent cleaning. I haven't had my air ducts cleaned in several years. The technician did an inspection of my air ducts. I couldn't believe what I seen with my eyes from the pictures. The technician was polite and thorough in his explanation difference between a maintenance cleaning deep cleaning. The deep cleaning price was half the price I was quoted from a different company. I took advantage of their $97 air duct cleaning. The tech that came out showed up in regular street clothes (shorts). Neither him nor his vehicle were marked with the company's name. He was late and advised that he over slept. His sister called and woke him up. He never called to say that he was on his way. He explained the different levels of air duct/vent cleaning, but he would keep bouncing around in his responses. He bad mouthed other companies that provide the same service. He left a mess from cutting around my air vent. He left shoe prints everywhere that he walked. He also cleaned my dryer vent. I asked him if I would get an estimate for a deep cleaning/disinfecting/sealing of my air ducts and he said no. He gave it to me verbally, which I found to be very unprofessional. I have no way of validating what I was told by him a month from now. I will never use this company again. He even touched up our baseboards and let us know our dryer vent was the incorrect fit which were totally out of his job description. I'm so impressed with Andrew and how clean he got our carpets and tile. we have 3 dogs, 3 kids, and a grandma in a walker. we went over a year before it was cleaned. I used the Yelp quote feature and the amount he quoted is what he charged. We has our carpet, tile, and sectional cleaned for lrss than what some companies wanted to charge for just the tile. I really wanted this to work out and be able to post a raving review, since they don't have many to begin with. The whole situation was messy. Our window arrival time was 2-4 and Ray arrived at 4:45. I know he had a long day and he was communicative on being late. We needed our sectional couch cleaned to remove dog hair and odor. Our flat rate quote price was $130. Which does not include $12 tax or the $15 service charge (??) which we learned about upon Ray's arrival. Then we learned that he needed tile or a hard service to lay the wet cushions. We have vinyl flooring and a rug under the couch. Wish we knew beforehand, but luckily we had plastic tarp. My husband offered to remove the rug completely and Ray said it was fine to stay. It was not, the process is very wet with dirty water. The floor, rug, and couch were soaked when he left. At least the couch seems cleaner but I wish I would have understood what to expect prior. EDIT: To clarify, dirty water was not used to clean couch. I meant dirty water from cleaning the couch dripping onto floor and rug. The couch is clean, we are happy with service. I was looking for a company to clean 4 bedrooms after we had our tile floors redone. Klark's was super quick to respond and was upfront with the timeline. They were able to come out 2 days later and Ray did a great job on our carpets. We had a slight miscommunication about the total price but they quickly resolved it and got to work. Like I said Ray did a great job, he was careful since we had just had our tile redone, he was friendly and worked around the whole family being home (2 teenagers that are forever in their rooms).
