I thought the second time around coming to this collision center would be different. No communication, empty promises, poor effort. Job was not finished yet my vehicle was released to me. I didn't leave the lot, I told them it was not finished and they said they will get it done. I was willing to get the issue resolved regardless of outcome. Yet a week goes by with no communication. If I had at least been told they looked into the issue I would not be so upset. They must be busy with customers, that would explain the poor communication and poor reliability. read more

Not only do they have horrible customer service by a very nasty woman named Tanya, who needs to learn better business acumen and needs to lose her anger by keeping it home and not affecting customers. They broke my electronic key and tried to pass it off to me like nothing ever happened and then tried to blame it on the tow truck driver. I took my vehicle back from them and now have it at a fabulous, very consumer friendly and way more knowledgeable facility that also discovered my wheel was damaged by the vehicle that rammed into mine. Don't use Sunrise Collision. Save yourself the problems they will create by having no integrity. read more

I still can't believe how NEW my car looks! I was in an accident where an SUV hit the back right of my car, damaging the back bumper, panel, and part of the door. Luckily, it was still drive-able, so I drove from San Diego to Fontana to have it fixed here since my parents talked so highly of it and since I brought my previous car here that was totaled by a drunk driver. My insurance had made arrangements and Maria at the front desk had everything ready for me to sign. I dropped my Kia off and headed over to the rental car place. If anyone has a Kia Soul, they know that parts are sometimes backordered. My car took a little longer because Kia didn't have the bumper in stock. But Sunrise was able to contact another place and have them send one over. They kept me up to date the whole way through. My biggest concern was how the paint would look. I was worried that it would be a different color white! But when I picked my car up, I was so surprised! It looks BRAND NEW! Like I just drove it off the lot. I'll attach a photo that has the before and after image. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the work they did and the service I was given. I am definitely bringing my car here for everything. Poor customer service, made me go back a couple of times. Kept my car well over a week. They don't call you with updates, you have to be the one to call them. This is the 2nd time I have a car there, they don't change. Staff also asked me not to call my insurance to report that I still had a problem with my vehicle after I picked it up, they wanted to "fix" it without them knowing. In the end, they still didn't fix it, denied it happened as part of my car accident. Definitely do not recommend. read more

I called sunrise collision center and I asked what time they closed. i was told 530. I drove there and when I arrived I saw 1 female employee. she was busy with a customer so I took a seat. she looked over at me and stated she would be with me shortly. after about 20 minutes she said oh you picking up. I stated no I came here to get an estimate. she then went on to tell me since it has just gone dark I cannot get an estimate. then she went on to say the person who does the estimates isn't there anyway. today is nov 16th. she stated they only have 1 person that does the estimates and I cannot have an appointment until 11/28. in my opinion this is extremely poor customer service. what a waste of time. read more

Their inspection was thorough and complete. They took the time to explain what they found and included a written report and photos which I could review on line. Even though I had no repairs done by Sunrise Collision, and simply wanted an professional appraisal of the car's worthiness, they nonetheless gave me courteous, honest and thorough feedback. All communication was either by phone or on line. And, I might add, this work was done on short notice; their accommodation of my need underscores what true customer service is all about. I would never recommend sunrise collision or even go back to get anything fixed here . They had my car for almost 3 weeks and my car wasn't even that damaged something minor then I went bck like 5 times!! Because a part kept falling off and in conclusion they were ordering the wrong part! And then my AC was not working and said it was nothing due to my accident "it was another part" so I had to go to kia for that and when going to kia it was just the free on!!! They couldn't see that at sunrise collision?! So it wasn't covered under my warranty so I had to pay $110 for them to check and $10 for the free on! It's bs I wouldn't have to pay that if they could have checked to begin with so it's more out of my pocket . It could have been prevented. read more

Bring your car here! You will not be disappointed!! I love this place! This is the second time I came to Sunrise. First off... very professional. I was greeted very politely by Randy and his staff. I never had to wait on them like at other collision places. I brought in my Toyota corolla to have the rear bumper fixed due to scraping on the one side from a car that hit me in a hit and run. Brought it in Tuesday night they quoted it and asked us to bring it the next morning to start working on it (we needed the car that night or else I could have left it). I had it back Thursday afternoon. Very quick turn around and very nice job. I had the same exact work done about 3 years ago at a different dealer due to almost the same thing... The car was there for 5 days. Sunrise Collison was great! I was very impressed when they called and said it was done. Plus they washed up the car very nice and shined the tires. Looking great! I am very unhappy with them right now. Brought the truck in on a Monday because they said it would be done on Friday. Got a call on Thursday that said the painter had a family emergency so it would not be done until Monday. Here it is Monday and they say now Tuesday.
