Do not go here. Took my truck here for a simple door hinge adjustment. Took them 3 weeks and didn't fix it. Worst part is I left money in the glove box to see if they would take it and they did. When asked about it, the workers said the owners nephew was on the property over the weekend and is known to go through vehicles. read more

I have had a couple of vehicles repaired here and Rick the owner and his team have done amazing work.

My friend went to their auto repair for oil change yesterday, first the workers there was not friendly at all, they have three prices for the oil change, so we picked the premium one, total cost 98.9 which is much more expensive than my dad went there last time. 2nd after oil change my car still shows "maintenance required soon"! I wander if I just paid for nothing. 3rd the worker's hand hygiene is very bad, dirty hand markers everywhere on my car, I understand they are working hard, but at least wash out before returning the car to client! This is the place where my dad always go to take care of our car's oil change, but now I feel sad they are not good as what we thought, I'm not recommend to go this place for any car service. After being in a car accident on the twenty sixth of December I had my BMW tower to my local body shop. I had known for Rudy's Auto Body and wanted to give them my business. Rick the owner was originally very nice. After a week of waiting for the two insurance company claim adjusters to inspect damages, both companies declared my BMW a total loss. Both myself and Rick (Owner of Rudy's Auto Body) felt differently. He stated that he told the insurance company adjusters that my car was repairable and to let him fix it for me. As moronic as insurance companies are, they denied repairs. My insurance paid full market value and gave the option of buying it back at salvage value. I gladly took them up on the buyback and made the agreed repairs offer from Rudy's Auto Body. Rick agreed to "Shave off" nine hundred dollars from his original quote of $3,800 to $2,900. After we both agreed on the repairs cost I was told it would be repaired in one week. The first week went by fast and nothing was heard from the body shop. Week two the same. Week three, I called and was told by the owner (Rick) that the first set of parts arrived damaged from the seller. I told Rick that was NOT my problem and should have been notified and compensated for the additional loss of use. I was told the New parts were ordered and would be there the next day and my car would be done by the weekend. The week went by, and NOTHING was done! Week four NOTHING done! After a month, I went in and met with the shop owner and employees. Received a lot of excuses to why my car was sitting in his lot dirty, and unrepaired! Rick told me that there were holdups on getting a correct bumper, and other necessary parts. I noticed several Fontana Police cruisers on his property with one being up on the lift were my car was promised to be. Putting two and two together, I figured that I was getting bumped so they could take the jobs for Fontana Police. I understand that they are important, but should not be allowed to bump another paying customers job! So now we are into month two. My car sat and sat without any form of customer service calls to give updates! I had to either call or walk to see what the holdups were! I also stated from day one what severe hardships this caused not only to myself, but my mother who is severely handicapped that I give full time care to. Not once did they offer any form of compensation! Rick knew that I was without any form of transportation, and the insurance company of the idiot who caused the collision was dragging their feet with settlement! Month three is now upon me with my car still sitting! At this point, I had my attorney call the body shop. I believe that Sue (Bookkeeper) answered. I was on the other line and heard the conversation. Every excuse in the book was made after my attorney asked what the extensive holdups were! She then told him that my car would be ready by Friday if not for any problems. He told her that had been a weekly story for month's! He wanted to know what she expected might delay further. With a smart mouth tone, she said maybe an accident! At this point, I was extremely angered! The week went by, no car, no call, NOTHING! After another TWO WEEK'S I finally was told that it was done. Sue tried to charge me additional cost for a radiator which was included in the original estimate! Trying to pad their bill wasn't about to happen! Especially since they cost me nearly three month's loss of use! When I went to pick my car up, Rick or no one came to do the walk around with me! I had a very important appointment to get to where I needed my car right then. I paid Rick what we had agreed upon and he DID NOT provide the dated release form or certificate of guarantee! That evening after further inspection, I had a list of problems his shop created! The minor issues were grease on both driver and passenger door panels and seats. My rear BMW emblem that was bought the week before the accident had been stolen. The major problems were, the bumper had a three inch gap from the bumper to the hood with a two inch overhang on the driver side. The hood wasn't set correctly either. Under the hood, I noticed right away that the radiator support bar was damaged on the passanger side with a severe crack! There was an attachment from the radiator with a huge hole cut into it (Which looked to be intentionally done!) Clips for the firewall were missing and there was a disconnected wire hanging under the bumper. I took the car back the next week. Rick DID NOT APOLOGIZE OR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for the unprofessional work! All he said was "Talk to Jose!" I pointed out that I wanted to know who did the body work. Jose told me that he just did the paint. I was told my car would be done in four or five hour's. The day went by, no repair, no call, NOTHING! Another week goes by and I keep up with what going on. Jose comes to get me on a rainy day to pick up my car. read more

They had my car for a day and managed to lose my car key. Retarded. After waiting an hour for a locksmith they replaced my key. I can not recommend a CAR place that can't keep proper track of customers keys. That's pretty bad and unprofessional business. Replacing the key DOES NOT make up for the huge inconvenience. read more

Their prices a very fair and Rick will go out of his way to make sure you and your car is taken care of right. We have been taking my family's cars there for two years. Rick, the owner is excellent at what he does. The painter Jose has been there over 25 years. They are very professional and easy to work with. On the rare occasion we had a touch up needed we took it back with no problems at all. They stand behind there work and did not charge us for the touch up at all. Would recommend there work to anyone. read more

If I could give them no stars I would! I took a vehicle to them and he said it would $3600 to repair and about two weeks. After 3 months and many trips there it was still not completed. When it finally was done it cost $4200 and it was still missing parts! I had to order parts and finish it myself. While completing the repair I notice all the terrible work they did!
