Best customer service ever! I took my van for repairs due to an accident we're I was hit from behind. Mary assisted me getting a rent a car right away and calling the adjuster and making sure I was taken care of right away. It took a little long but I was fine with it since I wanted to make sure my van looked like new. Along the way Mary communicated with me on the process. I got rear ended at the beginning of October 2022 and made the decision to get repairs with my Mercury Insurance company. After the first body shop I went to rejected the work due to contract restrictions with Mercury, I had to find a private shop to complete the work. I made the first call to Ceres and spoke with Mary who was so kind to explain her experience with people who were in my exact position. She went over steps that they'd need to take and answered all my questions honestly. She made me feel like we'd known each other for some time. I knew I'd made the right call. After I dropped the car off, Mary made a call to the local car rental shop who helped me with my car rental and reassured me that my car was going to be in the BEST hands with Ceres. The work took some time but it was more than understandable as there was a delay on my insurances end on getting an appraiser out to the shop to review the new quotes. If you want good work done, be patient because let me tell you it was worth it. I was BEYOND impressed with the care they gave me and my car. What can I say, this has been the best experience ever! Mary and her staff are the best. A couple of weeks ago, coming back from Arizona I hit something on the freeway. When I got home I saw that my front bumper was bent. I called the insurance company and they told me to find a body shop to get an estimate. After searching various companies, I came across Ceres Collision. I called in the morning and Mary was very nice and helpful. I made and appt. and took the car in so they could give me an estimate. Mary said they always try to use OEM parts and not aftermarket parts (they only used original parts on my car). She assured me that my car was in the best of hands and would take care of me. I left my car there. She called me right after she met with the appraiser and gave me the details. She said she had just called the nearest car dealer to order the parts they needed. She said she would call back and let me know what was going on. After a week, she called and said my car was ready but she wanted to drive it just to make sure everything was good. I went to get my car that same day and it looked brand new. They washed it and it looked great. What I really liked from Ceres Collision was the fact that they really want to make sure your car is fixed. The first thing she did was use a scanner on my car to see if the accident had set off any codes. Other body shops were just going to replace any broken parts, but none said they would actually run a scanner to make sure anything else needed work. Another thing that put my mind at ease was the fact that she services the local police departments' cruisers. This tells me she is a professional and is trustworthy. You can tell Mary takes her work seriously and tries to make sure you are taken care of. I can write more about Mary and her staff, but I think you get the picture. If you want your car fixed right the first time by someone that knows what she is doing, bring it here. You will not be disappointed. I can guarantee that. 10 out of 10. :) read more

I am sure they do quality work... but Good Honest people like so many other comments suggests? I don't think so. I went in for a quote a few weeks back, and what did they want to charge for painting a front bumper and a rocker molding? $1400+!!! Not including disassembly. They told me I needed all new parts because labor would cost too much to sand, and they can't use a DA sander because of the curved in the bumper... guess what, there is this thing called an interface pad! Just felt like he was as trying to get me to spend more money any way possible. Also disgusted at how he thought I was clueless enough to believe everything he says. Enough said... they probably most likely do great work, but for the price and the dishonesty, I wouldn't recommend going to them. read more

I got into a little fender bender and didn't realize the seriousness of the accident. I thought the radiator just needed to be changed and a new bumper needed to be slapped on. I went to a radiator shop and they told me I needed to go to an auto body shop and get the body pulled back into place. What to do???? My pops told me about this auto body shop that he went to when he crashed his Ford Explorer back in the day. He said they did a great job. I figured I'd give them a shot. There was only one review so I didn't know what to expect. Well let me tell you... they did a STELLAR JOB of putting my car back together for a reasonable price. I got my car back in less than a week (like I said before it was only a minor fender bender). They pulled the body back into place, changed the radiator & compressor unit, banged my hood back into place & even washed my car for me! The transformation was better than I expected. They do a GREAT JOB and more for what I asked for. The gentleman who did the body work was very KNOWLEDGEABLE and explained everything that was required to get my car back to its original form. I appreciate the fact that he took time away from whatever he was working on to help me with questions I had in regards to my car. They are definitely GOOD HONEST PEOPLE. They stayed in the same ball park for the estimate they quoted me.
