Derek, the tech assigned the job, was also very professional and courteous. The job was completed quickly & efficiently by Derek and the work area was cleaned up afterward. All in all everything you could ask for from a contractor. I highly recommend them and will use Stryker for any future work on my home (and if available will request Derek for the job).

Alex came over and looked at the old AC unit and furnace. His professional guidance including a recommended solution was both honest and accurate. I accepted his solution and scheduled the install. The entire time I was kept in the loop by text and phone calls. The day of the job they showed up exactly on time 8am. The team was fronted by Amando and with him was Pete and Tyler. This was clearly not their first rodeo. Amazing, the three men quickly removed the old units both inside and out and installed the new units. A call to their office and within 20 minutes Trevor was at my home to diagnose the issue. His techs arrived first thing this morning and got me back up and running. It had gotten down to 47° in my home, so their super prompt response was greatly appreciated. I was kept informed every step of the way via text. Trevor and his company also assisted me two Summers ago when my A/C was on the fritz. Came out immediately and solved the issue right away. I've never found another HVAC company to be so professional and responsive! Having dealt with multiple HVAC companies in the area for issues with my mom's heating system in past years, I know just how frustrating it can be to find someone especially in an emergency situation.
