They will lock you up in a small corner of the building and constantly threaten you with law enforcement. It is called "eloping" if you choose to leave. You are not allowed to make any phone calls during what they call a "mandatory 72 hour hold" - which is called a Baker Action, though they refuse to admit it. They will not create any individual therapy, you will not have access to ANY recreational activities, except for a "smoke break." Even then, if you do not participate in group, they will punish you by taking your outside time away and confining you to your room. They are also antisemitic. I announced several times that I am Jewish and require a pork free and kosher diet. They constantly ignored this. I went 5 days without food. I was also told not to bring any toiletries, that they would be provided. Nope. Took 3 days just to get a toothbrush, no deodorant, no toothpaste or mouthwash, and no towel or washcloth. I felt so dehumanized.

I did a 20 minute red light session and, to my shock and delight, my body has not punished me at all since my workout. My wife even told me that I seemed more cheerful and positive, as apparently, I have been much more unpleasant for the 30 years before discovering red light therapy. Moov offers Cryotherapy, Cold Plunges, Red Light Therapy, Compression Therapy, Infrared Saunas, and I am sure a lot of things that I do not recall and would not really understand even if I did recall them.
