(Some say) A little pricey for 3 cookies, but this company refers to themselves as "Gourmet", so to be expected. $5/$6 bucks isn't 'gawk worthy' but if you need a dozen or 2... Oh! the Gent that helped me said they make cookies every few hours! Talk about fresh!! The chocolate chip was Phenomenal! No doubt, I'd definitely go back for that. Second, as can be seen my the picture, they had about 6 or 7 different cookies to choose from and they say that the change the cookie menu up on a regular basis. But cookies that are displayed on the menu on the wall are not currently in the display case for sale because that isn't the day they make them. That isn't the best business model when you see something you want and then have to settle for something else because they didn't make it that day. Prices for a single cookie, especially considering the size of the cookie, are on the high side. $1.75 for a slightly bigger than home made cookie seems too much to me. Really good idea, really good location, but very poor execution. Hopefully they will make some improvements because they could have something really good here.

We sat in the shop for a bit but not the full wait time. The inside of the shop is really clean , with ample seating. We ending up leaving and walked to a nearby coffee shop to kill time.
