I truly can't say enough about this local donut shop in Pelham. Not only does this place become a constant daily temptation as I drive to and from work, but it serves the community in more ways than one. Whenever any donut shops pop up nearby I always say they have nothing on Donut Joe's. The donuts always taste amazing and the staff are always super kind. They wake up super early in the morning to prep the donuts and brew some coffee fof the daily commutes and people nearby. I especially love to pick up donuts for my coworkers when I head to work as well. In the four years that I have lived down here in town, I can say without a doubt it is one of the best donut shops I have ever had and I hope to continue to come here for years. One of my favorite donut shops in Bham for the price. There may be some donuts that are a little better but are way more expensive. So, this place gets my 5 stars! It's a little far from where I love and normally commute but if I'm in this area then I try to stop here. The service is always really fast and courteous, answering all of the questions I have about their selection. I usually get one of the old fashioned donuts. It has a nice crunch to the outside that I really like. That red velvet donut with walnuts is pretty good too! First time trying their donuts today. Ordered it through Postmates to my work! Unfortunately they were out of the strawberry ones, but was able to score a blueberry, oreo, butterfinger, chocolate, and apple fritters. Came here once along time ago (before Yelp) and found myself in the area and thought I would give them a try. First and foremost I'm really a fan of their brand. If you don't know where they are they could be a little tricky, but nav will get you there pretty easy. Not a ton of parking, but people are pretty much getting their donuts to go. Love the appearance of the building and all of the signage and décor. Great selection of donuts as well. About 10:00 am on a Saturday and they had plenty of options a available. I grabbed two pretty traditional so I would have a good comparison. First up one of their coconut with vanilla frosting. Two bites in and I was done. Really it tasted like a day old, not very impressive. 2nd up was a maple donut. First bite was ok..second tasted very overcooked. Rotated a little and found a spot that was a little puffier and it was actually pretty good. Looking at the inside you could clearly see that one side was very over cooked and the other was cooked perfect. Prices are right in line with other donut places, but overall I wasn't impressed with the end product. Seems like they have a lot of great reviews so I may have caught them on a bad day. If I'm in the area again I'll give them a try and update if it's a better experience. read more

Basic American style donuts and coffee Price is very affordable coffee is self serve and tastes like coffee donuts are extremely sweet but that's common for american style the only thing I liked was the fritters it had sugary icing but it was more tolerable than the donuts and I could eat around it very clean and friendly service small parking lot but people don't stay for long Id recommend checking it out if this is your thing it just really wasn't mine I just prefer sweets that aren't overpowered by sugar and focus more on the flavor read more
