F & F was able to schedule the quote visit within a couple of days from my call. Stacy took all measurements, asked me about my wants, made some suggestions and was on his way. Quote came in at a very fair and reasonable price (no gouging!) and I accepted. They got required insurance certificates to my HOA, scheduled work within a week and the crew arrived right on time. Work was done to my satisfaction (and then some), debris was removed, appliances returned to their rightful spot and house locked up as requested. I came home to beautiful floors that look amazing. However she wanted to charge us for 2 rooms because one of the rooms were on the larger end. I told her I don't think that is fair as we were quoted $195 for 4 rooms. If the size of the room mattered she should have asked the right questions or asked for pictures so she could give an accurate quote. It's not the homeowners responsibility to ask these questions.
