This is the first time in 7 years this has happened. I called Tom at Massey's and said I am broke down and need to be towed. He asked what the problem was and I told him. I asked him if he has power so I can plug the coach in and he said so you want an extension cord (he was being funny) and he said yes we have 50 amps to plug into. That said they were 4 people short today and his team hopped right on things and got me taken care of. They worked about 3 hours trying to figure out the issue. Once fixed they ran a force regen on the system and verified there were no more issues. Instead of gouging me like most places would do they actually gave me a big break and my bill was over half what I expected. The RV Guy shop demonstrated very little regard for customer satisfaction or accountability…read more I was originally quoted 1-2 weeks for the repair, but my RV remained at the shop for 7 weeks. During that time, I received no updates until I was notified that the repair had been completed. There was no diagnostic fee disclosed upfront, no estimate provided, and no discussion of repair costs before I was presented with the final bill. The original issue was a hydraulic jack that was not operating properly. According to the shop, their diagnosis determined that an undersized factory ground wire was the problem, and they replaced it with a heavier-gauge wire. When I picked up the RV, the technician demonstrated that the jack was now functioning, although very slowly. He attributed the slow operation to low battery voltage, and I took him at his word. After bringing the RV home and connecting it to 50-amp shore power, I lowered the jacks to test the system. The same jack that had supposedly been repaired would not retract. I immediately contacted The RV Guy and was instructed not to force the jack up. I was told they would speak with the technician and call me back with instructions on how to retract the jack. That return call never came. Three days later, I followed up with the shop. I was told my only option was to bring the RV back in, and that I would be financially responsible for any additional diagnostics and repairs. Since the original repair had not resolved the problem, I requested either a refund or a new diagnostic evaluation at no charge. Both requests were denied. I explained that, in good faith, they should at least send their mobile technician to diagnose the actual problem since I was still experiencing the exact issue I had paid them to repair. The only accommodation they offered was to send a mobile technician to verify that the ground wire they installed was not causing the problem. If the wire was not at fault, I would once again be responsible for the service call and any labor charges. After paying approximately $600 to replace a 12-inch ground wire that did not solve the problem, I decided to cut my losses and take my business elsewhere. My biggest disappointment was not the unsuccessful repair--it was the lack of communication, accountability, and willingness to stand behind their work when the original issue remained unresolved.

They are happy to take your money but clearly lack the expertise to work on modern RV electrical systems.

They arrived early and completed the repacking faster than expected. Price was very good and great couple to work with. I then realized my toilet was overly loose and smelled bad. I called for an emergency repair since I was leaving for vacation in 2 days. Ulises was able to come that evening after his last appointment and made all necessary repairs to fix it. Then the next day, I took my RV home and realized my trailer brakes were very spongy. I was about to tow to SoCal and didn't want bad brakes while towing through the mountains. So I called them again and even though Ulises was fully booked, he came out to my house the very next day at 6:30am before his first appointment to make sure my brakes were in good working condition. Even though he lives 45 minutes from my house, he went out of his way to make sure I was safe and ready for the long tow. Ulises and Priscilla are the absolute best. They really go out of their way to make sure all their customers are safe and happy. Not only that, they don't overcharge for the emergency visits. I can't say enough about them.

He performed general maintenance, repair, as planned and even added repair from the fender bender in the same allotted time.
