As the closest roller rink to us, this is not a bad experience at all. Fairly good deal, especially regarding children skating for free certain days. Entry for two was $14 on a Sunday night (1/14/24) Employees are young and seem overworked. Could use a morale boost from management! Fairly busy on the night we went, with about 70% kids and 30% adults. Some of those kids are wild on the rink. Our group was 6 people and 4 of us were knocked down by kids. Still has the same old carpet and foot odor smell from years ago. Skate attendant swaps your shoes for the skates to ensure they return at the end of your stay. The location could use a cleaning, but one does sign up for an unclean experience when you plan to go rollerblading. Overall fun! Icee's are refreshing after a long rollerblading session. Halloween Skate 2025. The Adult Skate holiday parties at Sunrise Rollerland are the BEST! Come join in the fun!

Tuesday/Thursday 10a-12noon,'Adult Skate' is my 'happy place'. The staff are exemplary and core group of regular skaters extremely warm and welcoming. With predominantly over 50's and retirees skating, I feel like it's my 'senior skate hour'. Come join in the fun! The more, the merrier.

Roller Skate Rental included with 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM admission, which was just $8.00!!

This place brings back nostalgia to me, I remember my mother teaching me how to skate as a little child and continued coming here up until I was 18 years old! We played rink games like Red Light, Green Light, Limbo, Dice Game and Freeze Skate! Our 6 year old actually took lessons here as as a toddler and we loved her teacher! It had been awhile so unfortunately she forgot how to skate, but they gladly switched her skates to beginner roller skates(not pictured) and we rented a Skate Mate for $5 so she could hold on and safely skate. Mind you we still took turns bent over holding her hands to make sure she didn't fall. I also purchased a pair of their skate socks for just $2.50 so I wouldn't get blisters, I'm a pretty novice skater and skate fast, so thick socks are needed! Hubby and I signed up for the 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM admission which was just $8.00, skate rental included! And these skates were new and improved too and we signed our daughter up for their Kids Skate free for Skaters 12 and under. They get 2 free admissions a week! I would definitely recommend this small business that's been in operation since 1973 with one of the best skating rinks in the US! That's because their skating floor is Northern hard-rock maple and it's coated, which means it's easier to skate on! They have an area to purchase food, drinks and candy, a little area to purchase skates and brand name products and even have arcade games kids can play! Staff are both helpful and sweet, music is family-friendly and they even host parties! We are looking forward to returning, especially since skating is my favorite date-night activity! And come on it's medieval castle themed, Happy 50th Anniversary Sunrise Rollerland! SYOY! :-)

Our kids have just begun their roller skating journey here. It's been fun, clean, efficient, and we love the prices of their food too.

Plenty of parking in front and it's shared with a shopping plaza so you can walk across the street to any store. There are tall steps to go up and down. Walking in we noticed they had a security guard. There is a small little room before you get into the main room and it's good for a people to write in the guest book and a message to the couple. They also had a mirror to take selfie in. They had a big poster sign of the couple. They also had their table assignment in the front too. Walking in was impressive. Bright lights, white floors, and mirror designs on the walls. Immediately to your left is a backdrop with a window area. They used that space for the Photo Booth and props. There was another room on the right but I think that was only for staff or another back room. Then a little bit to the right there is a stair case to the upstairs. The upstairs had a balcony area where you can see the whole venue. They had their DJ upstairs and funny enough the AC blew the most cold air there. There was also a door but I didn't go in that so I'm assuming it's like a closet space or place to get ready. Downstairs, they had so many white tables. There was a total of 20 tables. I'm assuming whatever package you purchase the event center will decorate the tables, chairs, plates and center pieces, the provider food service and the bar. They had a medium size dance floor with a long white walk way from the back to the front of the stage. Front back of the dance floor they had a little elevated area for the wedding couple to sit at. My boyfriend's cousins had their name and the theme of the wedding for their backdrop of their table. I'm sure it can also be a little stage as well. Behind the man elevated stage. There are back door that lead out to a backyard area that has corn hole, some artificial turf, and a little play area for kids. I didn't get to go outside cuz of the heat. On the right side of the venue was a little kitchen area for the dishes and plates. The wedding had their snack bar in the corner of the room. We had our own drinks in big coolers. There was a small bar area with a bartender but I believe they opted in buying their own drinks and the bartender served it. They also just mixed the cocktails for the guests. Good thing was that was open all night. Then for food, they brought their own food and had long tables of them for serving the whole party. I believe the event center provided the tables and the chafing trays. They also had a bathroom in the back of the room. There was a 4-5 stalls, a long wide mirror and nice sinks. Unfortunately, their wedding was on one of the hottest days of summer (over 100 degrees). The AC was very weak and it got really hot inside very quickly. People were using plates as fans and some smart people brought their own fans. It was getting so hot that the wedding cake was melting. The best AC was blowing upstairs near the DJ. Overall, I think the venue was a decent spot to have a wedding. I hope they definitely invest in a stronger AC unit lol. But in terms of the look, I thought it was pretty.

The service and dedication of the team was 10/10. These guys were there to hear my detailed needs. The value for price is amazing, if you can afford- BOOK YOUR EVENT HERE! The facility details of the space are a plus- draped entryway, tall glass wall setting area (I used as a Photo Booth), beautiful mirrored walls, tiled dance floor, neutral colored bar area. Overall, I am completely satisfied I had my event here. Everything was amazing!
