Every time she grooms our dog Taco, he leaves looking absolutely perfect. What we love even more is the way he is treated while with Jessie. She is so patient and kind with the dogs. I went in a couple weeks ago for the same thing and they not only doubled their prices but this time my dog was uncomfortable on the table and they couldn't trim any nails so after probably one minute of trying I said hey no worries I'll come back on Tuesday on my lunch break. We were about to walk out the door when the lady said oh no YOURE STILL GOING TO BE CHARGED FOR TODAYS VISIT. She didn't trim a single nail, my dog was on the table for less than a minute and we STILL got charged $11. Unbelievably horrible customer service and I will never be going back there. Petsmart does a wonderful job with my dogs nails. Don't waste your time at this place they don't care, they just want to make a quick buck.
