One month in and my neighbors tell me they can see pigeons living underneath. Didn't know these birds were such a problem in this area. After getting 3 quotes , went with This company. BC solar solutions was the only coming that would take care of the birds living underneath and put up guards. Gave Bryan a call and he was here the next day . He went up on the roof , confirmed pigeons were living under the panels and gave me a quote the same day. Completely exceeded my expectations.

After that, we never received a quote, a follow-up, or any response at all despite multiple attempts to reach out. It was frustrating to be asked for personal information upfront only to be completely ignored afterward. In our experience, this felt unprofessional and raised concerns about how customer information is handled. If you're considering contacting this business, be careful about the personal information you share until you've established that they are responsive and legitimate. Eddie is very unprofessional and super rude. He's not communicative at all, pops an attitude anytime you bring anything up, and doesn't show up when he says he will. As you can see in the text messages, I have never once been rude or confrontational. In the end, Eddie ends up blocking me before allowing me to talk back to him after what he told me. First of all, if you can't show up on Fridays, DONT TELL CUSTOMERS YOU WILL. Also, DONT TRY TO OVERCHARGE PEOPLE! I don't recommend this company at all. Stay away by all means. If I could give -10 stars, I would.
