They always are very helpful when I ask questions and even gave me a recommendation for which color is right for my skin at each time of year to look the most natural since I'm a very pale red head. (I use medium clear in the winter and dark clear in the summer and get so many compliments!) Sometimes the machine wouldn't start and I'd have to pop my head out to ask for help and the girls are always really nice and quick to help restart it. I usually come in kind of close to closing like 15 minutes but they always still let me tan and have never seemed annoyed by it. I really like it here and plan to keep coming! The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the giel was very nice and answered all my questions patiently. Although, she did twll me not to tan my face and to put full spf on, which I thought was strange. This is the first tanning salon I'd ever been too, so I thought this was normal. But now that I've been to two other salons, with the same tanning lotion, I know that Glo is subpar and do not recommend it.
