Still made my appointment on time instead of early but somehow my massage started ten minutes late. I thought no problem the therapist will just roll over the ten minutes. Nope the massage ended an additional 20 minutes early. When I complained to the doctor that I received a 30 minute massage and paid for an hour, he increduously blamed it on me for only being on time and not early. Then gave me a quick mediocre adjustment and asked me to buy an overpriced package before running out the door. It was noon on Friday. So he must have had a golf appointment to get too. Might explain why they rushed my massage. Don't mind me I won't bother you with my presence again but I'm glad I could contribute to your BMW payment.
